As a new car owner getting my car serviced for the first time, Liverpool VW Service Centre made it a very smooth and hassle-free experience. In particular, Joe and Daniel provided great support - they explained what types of service my car needed and why, they were fully transparent about costs, and they made it clear that they were not dodgy salesman we all hear about at service centres. They put me and my car as their number 1 priority, and it showed in their honest advice. Definitely going back next year to get my car serviced again.

I bought a new VW and traded in my old car in this dealer. They did not transfer the car that I traded in to its name for a month! Furthermore, they drove the the car on various toll roads without an etag. When I received my etoll notice, I realised that the number plated was identified and charges made to my etoll account. I contacted the dealer about the transfer and the charge. The dealer advised me that they would investigate and contact me back but they did not. I had to chase them up to make sure the car was transferred. The car was eventually transferred to them but they have not paid for the charges made to my account. After a month, they emailed me a form, requested me to print it out, fill it in and send it back to get my money. Who has a printer these days? When I told them that was an impossible task (having no printer and not being able to go out under covid lockdown), they never cared. They still need the form and they have not paid me the money.
Do not ever go to dealer. When they have your money, they never care about their promise or obligations. Worse experience ever. I warn you. Do not ever deal with this dealer.

Helpful and described situation and reason for his suggestions for additional work on car. Was easy to talk to and kept me up to date on what was happening during the day and explained why delays occurred and helped me get back on road ASAP, and helped with other issues beyond what was required.
