Joe was super welcoming and friendly when I came in for my service, I was also surprised when it took less time than I thought to have my service done!

I was very hesitant going to Liverpool atm given it was a locked down LGA. Really wish the staff actually wore their facemasks properly, some didn't even have one on at all.
Professionalism was good though, walked me through what was going to occur. It wasn't until I went to pick up my 3yo that I noticed the car seat had been removed and reinstalled incorrectly. If they had to remove it that's fine, but tell me you did so I can check before putting infants in it.
The facemask issues lost 1 star and the incorrect car seat lost 2.
Would I go back? Maybe, I'd just check their work a bit more before I left.

Have been serving my Golf Alltrack here for the last 4 services. Always happy with the work that they do. On my latest service they found that the thermostat housing had a crack and needed to be replaced. The gentleman in the service department who I was dealing with made a request on my behalf with Volkswagen to see if this work could be carried out under warranty even though the car was no longer under warranty. They agreed to cover half of the cost which I was extremely grateful for as money is tight due to loss of income with COVID-19 and lockdowns. The customer service is always A+ and I highly recommend them to any Volkswagen drivers.

Usually dealerships are quite difficult to deal with but not VW Liverpool! I had an issue with my car, took it in and within a few hours got a call back from Joe with a result and he even went further to submit a claim for me and booked my car in to get fixed the week after. I highly recommend VW Liverpool and in particular Joe!
