I recently purchased a Mazda cx8 and I'm glad I had the opportunity to do so. I dealt with a very courteous young man by the name of Abraham. He was extremely helpful, not all that pushy as you expect in the car industry. He steered me though the whole process and kept me in the loop at all times. I would strongly recommend that if you are in the market for a new Mazda go and see Abraham.your opinion of the new car idustry may change mine did.

Absolutely amazing customer service by both Charlie from the Car Sales team and Charlie the Business Manager. Never felt pressured to do anything I didn’t want to do, did their absolute best to get everything I wanted at the best price and provided a fantastic delivery of the car. Couldn’t ask for anything better!

Called up to ask if they have a certain part in stock. Spare parts team has no idea what they are doing and seemed like they were more adept at asking me to stay on hold compared to actually doing their job.

Employees not helpful at all over the phone in general. Specifically asked if they are McGrath Liverpool in order to pick up this part and after they say yes and I show up they tell me their spare parts division is located elsewhere.

Inept, and at best these workers and company as a whole is utterly useless while at worst they are detrimental to their customers. I love my Mazda vehicles but as a division these people have earned my displeasure.

We got a great deal, the staff were very accommodating, understanding and patient, helping us to understand the features of the car and offering to help should we have questions down the track. Would definitely buy from here again if we buy another Mazda.

Went into Mazda dealer at Liverpool, they wouldn't let me test drive their Mazda MX5 vehicle because they said I'd waste their time if I'm not buying on that day. I told them that if I like the test drive, potentially I'd buy it. They rejected my request. I went to Power Ford and Dutton One to test drive a Mazda MX5 instead, I ended up buying a MX5 brand new from a non Mazda dealer. Phew, thankfully won't be going back to Liverpool Mazda ever again for another vehicle purchase.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Their servicing department is a nightmare. Lets start with the pricing I was charged $565 for a basic oil change, cabin air filter and a brake fluid change being told that's a "Major Service" is a joke. On top of that I have my car returned with new scratches all the time and they never take responsibility for it.

I would recommend making an appointment with Charlie Lee when buying your Mazda. Charlie Lee understands customers and will not waste your time! This Mazda is the busiest dealer in Sydney and they have a nice indoor showroom with parking available!

Professional follow up by Justin and Talia to find out the faults faced during the earlier service. Took the car back for a 2nd time and it came out as good as new.

I have never been so satisfied with a purchase, and I applaud the beautiful Junee & Milos for there help and assistance & taking time in making my purchase a great experience.
