I took my Klugar there to get ignition coils replaced and they were charging me $1500 for LITERALLY a 10 min job. Gave me an excuse that I had to get behind the manifold. The service wasn't great from the get go. I took my car home, ordered the parts ($200) and put it all in myself. And it took 10 MINUTES. How on earth did you justify $1500.

I would like to make a report of EXCELLENT SERVICE from Mazda Liverpool, and present this to a special young man by the name of Adam Shave. This young man is so enthusiastic in his workplace and the service my wife and I received when purchasing our new Mazda CX30 was excellent / or prior to that, any work on our other vehicles in the past, has been attended to promptly and efficiently. Adam answers to messages/calls very promptly, keeps one updated and is very deserving of these words. Adam Shave is a young man whom Mazda Liverpool should be very proud to have in the Service Department. Take care of this young man Mazda Liverpool as he is very enthusiastic in his workplace. It stands out. Also Adam's staff were also very helpful when setting up our new vehicle and guiding us through all the points. It was all appreciated and we can see there is a good team of workers at Mazda Liverpool. Thank you very much.

Charlie the sales person was trying to sell demo mada cx5 as new car.
He was not friendly and providing wrong information and selling it for full price

Nice.
I have my daughter's car serviced at the centre right before New Year's eve.my experience is only one word - nice.
Nice staff, nice feel, nice communication and nice job.
They have cleaned the car in and out.
Serviced all component required by log book.
Offered alternative options which was very helpful and save us lots of money.
In particular, Justin was brilliant and professional, very impressed.
Highly recommended to any one who owns a Mazda.
Definitely, we will stick with this wonderful centre.

I can't recommend this dealership more, the staff are so courteous and professional. Lachlan the service advisor there really makes you feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend him and this Mazda dealership for all your service needs and value for money.

I'm from interstate so before I headed back I had booked in for a safety check, which I was assured would be done in an hour or so and I was quoted $130 to do this.
When I arrived and they told me I wouldn't get my car back for over 5 hours and in two days the price went up to $170.
Totally unhelpful and a waste of my time. I walked out, thankfully I won't need to see them again. Very annoyed.

We were greeted by David on Entrance. We were shown all options to our price range and then agreed on a car with really wanted. In negotiations with the final price both David and Davy looked after us that suited all our needs. Really impressed with the level of service and professionalism shown by both gentlemen. Will be recommending to all my friends and family. David also went above and beyond by offering his friendship for life. What a service zoom zoom

Very bad experience with the Service Department, they are very rude! Booked in my Mazda to get checked and received a call to say it was ready to be picked up. Went in and was explained the situation, and given the key to my car. When went to car found they had not put a cover back on the car. Mechanic approached the car and was extremely aggressive, he kept shouting at me and accused me of being rude, when all I said is that the cover is missing. He told me how should he know that the car is being picked up, when they called me to tell me my car is ready to be pickup up. They totally don't know how to treat their customers, in stead of apologising and accepting their mistake the mechanic told me off, I advised him to speak nicely but he wouldn't, kept speaking with a very high tone. The Service Advisor was another bad experience, again instead of apologising, he said that I was rude towards the mechanic when he wasn't even there only watching from a distance. Would of expected him to apologise and advise it was a mistake and they will have the issue resolved. THIS WAS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FROM LIVERPOOL MAZDA, WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM, WITH THESE WORKERS THEY HAVE. No respect, no remorse, absolutely appalling.

Took my car to service department hoping to resolve a rattle in underbody. They took car for drive came back said rattle is from belt tensioner need replacement. Charged $175 for diagnostic report I had tensioner replaced rattle still there. Service department has no idea will never go back!

Since purchasing our vehicle we have had nothing less than exceptional service. Special mention to Maryanne, Peter and David from upstairs (Showroom), Paige downstairs (Servicing) even Rod the courtesy bus driver - great conversationalist! All staff we've come across have been truly amazing. Cannot fault the service here. Yes, our first initial courtesy follow up service wasn't the best from the boys not wiping down our engine from oil splattered but it was quickly and easily rectified as soon as I called them immediately. Keep up the great work team!

Hi everyone, I recently purchased a car from liverpool mazda and had an incredible experience there. Their staff, Fiori and Charlie, provided excellent customer service and made the process of purchasing a car much more comfortable. They were so humble, cooperative and provided us with honest and sincere opinions. I highly appreciate Liverpool mazda and recommend speaking to Fiori regarding the best financial advice and to charlie for the best sales experience. We are so happy

Mazda needs some improvement about steering peeling at the top. I have changed 3 times and cost me $$$$. No warranty cover. Attach photo.

Darren was amazing. Took extra photos, answered my million questions. Went above and beyond. Travelling from Canberra to pick my car up he made it easy, checked up we made it home safe. I even got the bow very happy and would recommend, have already recommended to friends and family! Thanks again!

Lots of mazda staff out the front smoking on top floor entrance, not a good look as it stunk, sales guy was very helpful and friendly, they did not have the model I was looking for.

Mazda makes some really great cars. However, 5 years on and we're still dealing with the work of some of the dodgiest salespeople who used some of the shadiest tactics to get us on one of the worst car loans. These people straight up lied to us about our car loan. Be careful with dealing with these people.

Very happy with the service I received at Liverpool Mazda, Charlie Lee was very helpful with choosing my new car, he explained everything in detail of the CX5 maxx sport, all the staff where very helpful and friendly making me feel welcome, Charlie rang me several times after I drove away to check how it was going. Charlie introduced me to the service team who made it easy tto book in the first service. Thanks again Liverpool Mazda
