Little real estate is an amazing agency for both tenants and owners. I couldn't recommend them enough. I have been dealing with Maria and she's a gem.

For years Little Real Estate has been an outstanding agency that was helpful, supportive and responsive when needed. Special thanks to Penny, who has been lovely ever since we our lease years ago. As an example from just today, we needed an urgent fix and she has immediately organised a plumber and the logistics. Only 45 minutes later and everything was fixed - without any paperwork thanks to their mobile app. Couldn't be happier!

Penny Racchi has been my go to person at Littles and she has always been available to help me with any situation regardless of how insignificant it may have been. Absolutely no queries have ever been too small and all situations have been dealt with professionally and efficiently.
From my experience speaking with others they have never had the same positive experience that I have.
My only complaint about writing this review is that she will be poached by someone else and she will no longer be my go to person.

Cannot speak highly enough of Penny Racchi, our property manager at Little for many years. Wish we could take her with us to our new property!
