Scam alter️Dodgy realtors: 1. Never responding, no matter via calls, voice message, text or emails.
2. Fail realtor- had an inspection with him recently, don’t wanna tell the name but every single question the customer asked, he either claimed he ‘doesn’t know anything about it’ or he said he needs to look up when he’s back to office. Then of course, he ghosted us as what happened above.
3. ️Scam advertising. They posted one of the properties and they claimed it comes with quite a few facilities but when you finally have a chat face to face with the realtor, we were told those facilities ARE NOT included.

They’re not very responsive to emails and calls so does take multiple tries to reach.
Also need to be careful as it does seem the actual features in the ad is different when asked on day of inspection. Overall wasn’t a pleasant experience

Little Real Estate at Bondi Beach have been a pleasure to deal with. Both the manager Maria and assistant Anna were exceptional in the way they looked after me every step of the way. When I was transitioning out of a long-term lease from my water damaged apartment, I was able to report the damage, send photos and communicate with ease. They always kept me in the loop regarding what was happening and ultimately when I moved, they helped the transition to be seamless. Later, when I was when seeking a new place they were very helpful and I ended up going for one of their new listings. Again, it was a seamless process with no stress. I feel like this agency genuinely cares about the tenant. Friendly, communicative and will go out of their way to help you. If you are looking for a rental or even to purchase, then this agency would by far be the first place I would go. Thankyou

We were fortunate enough to have Maria Moussa as our property manager and throughout our tenancy from beginning to end we found her to be professional, efficient, knowledgeable, understanding, and courteous. Little Real Estate have hands down been the best Real Estate I have dealt with in my 12+ years of renting in Sydney. Maria especially was a fantastic Property Manager. She is friendly, responsive and it was the first time where I felt like an agent also had our best interests at heart as well as the Landlord. Repairs and maintenance were quick and easy to organise. Worst agents that I have ever dealt with, would not recommend to anyone looking for a professional service, they have no idea.

Little RE have managed my properties for many years and recently they were engaged in selling my investment unit.
The account contact Gem Duong was first class organising property preparation and over the years keeping a close communication link with me on property issues and nipping things in the bud.
On the selling side I used Paul Valentine who was also first class in bringing the property sale to a successful conclusion. He was thorough in his marketing and inspection processes and kept me abreast of progress at every turn and the needs to tweak the offer. A first class honest and reliable operator who I would recommend to anyone wanting to sell their properties. Well done to the team at LRE

Yet another dodgy R/E. No support for tenants. Had issues with integrity of property for over a year - 4 agents come and went - until the roof collapsed, I don't believe the landlord was aware of the damage to the property until tens of thousands of $ of property damage had occured and we were forced to vacate. Been ongoing to try for a resolution with agent strata and landlord for 12 months - don't stuff around with this mob, send them to the tribunal.

Big shout out to Ajay! So far the most reliable and responsive property manager I ever dealt with. Very friendly, professional and always going the extra mile - thanks Ajay!

I never leave reviews of anywhere but I am for this. Little Real Estate is like their name says - little on communication especially. I won't name any names of property managers because I am sure it is not entirely their fault, however, this real estate agent held our bond for almost a month after we moved out for no good reason whatsoever. When I contacted the property manager, they told me on the 2nd March 2022 that they were releasing the bond back to me. We made a claim through RBO on the 7th March (without prompt by Little on any process to follow to ensure we get it back).

2 weeks go by, and nothing. I send a follow-up email, only to be met with silence on the other end for three consecutive days. I called their office to be told that the property manager was in a meeting and would reply to our email at 4pm that day. 4pm comes and goes - no email. I had really had enough and sent a very strongly worded email. Got a response in less than 2 minutes saying they were releasing the bond that morning. What have you been doing for the last two weeks then?

The fact real estate agents like Little continue to get away with this is almost criminal (because it is literally attempting to steal money from people) and is an indictment on the entire RBO process as a whole. This real estate is just one of many based in Sydney who will continue to try and steal money from you for nothing.

Oh yeah, and it took them months to fix a stepladder issue we had in our property, as well as almost a week to fix our front door lock, which is a severe safety issue. Useless.

Jessica Contarino is a seasoned professional in her field of work. Efficient, professional and resourceful. I feel most fortunate to have her as a property manager for one of my investments.
