Our family business Hiscoes Fitness Centre has been using Licensed to chill for our regular quarterly maintenance for about 10 years now. The service is always prompt and professional. They have kept our air con system going and going - always responded promptly if we have a problem - I can absolutely recommend them.

They replace parts but doesn't fix anything, they had visited more than 3 times and still have no idea what they are doing.

Terrible service and clearly have no idea on what they are doing. Required multiple visits in order to have an idea on what was wrong with the unit. They assured me that replacing the main fan unit would resolve the issue, it clearly didn't.
The replacement unit stopped working so I call as within warranty and they said nothing wrong with the unit even though no air was being blown.
They wanted to charge for call out to tell me nothing was wrong along with a charge for testing the system which resulted in not finding what was wrong and they are still not sure on what it is.terrible ethics, always late and constantly insisting that the unit is working fine even though there is clearly no air coming out of the vents

Licensed To Chill were professional and did a great job supplying and installing our new split system air conditioner. They showed up when they said they would and did a neat and tidy job.

Lack of professionalism - never turns up on time and changed appointment in the last minute (as if there is no value for our time) ; required multiple visits to fix things (even when they claimed it's fully fixed in the first visit itself). Won't recommend.

Very unpleasant trades person named Emanuel who was extremely rude over the phone I had to disconnect the call I was just so shocked at his rudeness would never recommend this company to anyone.
