Outstanding customer service and friendly staff that work at the Bondi Junction branch. I can recommend the laser hair removal treatments and the skin treatments such as Microdermabrasion and AHA Peeling. The results are amazing and I would recommend those treatments. I myself enjoy them on a regular basis.

I could not recommend laser clinics enough for their services involving injectables! All of the staff were so friendly and knowledgeable making my experience thoroughly enjoyable. Great professionalism and I would never go anywhere else!

I was nervous at first but Joe took the time to explain the process and after-care, making me feel at ease. 1 week later, I am SO happy with my results, they look natural and I feel fresher! I had an amazing mircrodermabrasion treatment yesterday with Maria, I would highly recommend her. She listened to my skin concerns, provided expert advice and explained each step of the process and the products she used. She also provided advice on additional treatments that would compliment the microdermabrasion treatment and help me achieve the skin results I'm looking for. I left the clinic feeling fresh faced and relaxed.

I’ve been coming back here for years, and even the first place I booked for an appointment on a visit after having left Sydney for 2 years. The pricing is great, but also they are fair and looked after me as a customer. It is always clean, the staff knows what they Are doing and always very nice.

Results seem to be a bit of a hit or miss; for me, this seems to fully align with the time spent by clinicians. Customer service when things don't go well a bit lacklustre, though I give credit to the nurse for making a proper effort

I have been going to the Bondi Junction clinic for a couple of years now and have always been happy with my results! I do have other clinics closer to me but have found the professionalism and services offered to be of an excellent standard. The customer service is second to none and they have never over sold or pushed services I don’t need on me. The clinic is always immaculate and I have never been let down when recommending.
