Very friendly and professional staff. I felt very comfortable during the whole treatment. Results are also pretty good. I highly recommend this clinic.

I'd been thinking about ''doing something'' for my skin for awhile especially now that I'm in my 50's, and I didn't really know what I wanted or even what was available these days as it's been 25-30 years since I've been to a beautician but I am so glad I chose to go to Laser Clinics Australia at Charlestown! The girls were so warm and welcoming, really knowledgeable and really listened to my concerns. I use a big, cumbersome electric wheelchair and they were respectful and very accommodating making the whole process easy and comfortable for me. Then there was the treatment which was heavenly and has made my skin look dewy and refreshed afterwards, and feel so exquisite!
I am delighted with the results and will be recommending LCA Charlestown to everyone.

Very professional and always very lovely, the technician makes you feel comfortable so that it is never awkward. The laser hair removal treatments are very effective and the pain is minimal especially compared to waxing and ingrown hairs are rare. I highly recommend their hair removal treatments and this clinic.

The Staff are all lovely & give you any advice needed with your laser/treatment, they give you the rundown of everything that will be done and the aftercare treatment etc.
