Absolutely regret my decision going here. I had few skin problems and consulted here. They assured me it would absolutely make my skin a lot better. $1000 out, many appointments and many months after, my skin is so much worse than before. I went to a dermatologist after and they clearly said how this clinic ruined my skin. Now i am just trying to recover my skin from all the damages from the treatment i got here. Never visit here

I’ve been going to Laser Clinics Aus in Bankstown for a few months and have had a great experience with my technician Tessa since! She’s thorough and makes me feel comfortable. I’ve been to other clinics before, but this store is by far the best! Would recommend Tess 100% - thank you!

The lady with the Scarf had very bad customer service today July 13th at 9: 30 am. She insisted That my sister pays extra for pre-purchased sessions. Bear in mind she always does some neck-cheek area for that price. Also, this is her 11th session and she asked to pay extra. How absurd! There’s literally one more session to go. So they waited all that time to pass by to ask for extra. Plus her attitude was unbearable. Very rude. One more session to go and will go somewhere else. Do not recommend.

Had my lip fillers for the first time by nurse Jackie wow she is amazing fully explained everything to me had full face diagram and took her time to make sure I understood thank you love my lips I actually have lips. The girl at the front desk was very professional loved my experience thank you

Worst experience of my life. Injections didn’t work because a lot of liquid leaked out of syringe. They told me that it was my fault! Never again

I did my frown and forehead Botox November 2019 before my birthday and since then I have sagging eyelid I wish I never did go to this clinic
I see myself on mirror I cry only wanted to look better now I look disabled one eye smaller then the other I do not recommend anyone going to Bankstown laser clinic.

I have been going to this clinic for over a year. Couldn’t be happier with the service and the way my skin looks and feels. Had an amazing microdermabrasion facial by Naz today. Everyone here is very friendly and knowledgeable. I find myself always looking forward to my next experience.

It was my first time ever for laser treatments here, they made me feel very comfortable. I also now get facials done here too. They are also the most friendly, courteous and professional ladies. They have my skin looking and feeling amazing!

Have been attending this clinic for a while and refuse to see any therapist but Samantha D. She provides amazing professional services and always makes me feel comfortable.

Abby who was at the front desk was very welcoming and has a friendly attitude. Sam who did laser for me was amazing. I was in a bit of pain (which was my fault) but she made me feel so comfortable by having a great conversation which made me forget about my pain. It's my first time coming here and definitely won't be my last. Definitely recommended.

If you want your laser done right, the person you go to is Christine! She makes you feel so comfortable and is beyond professional with her work! She is friendly and the laser works amazingly! Thank you so much Christine ️

You had to tell me that I need to pay for the treatment because my pre-paid section was expired BEFORE MAKING OR CHANGING AN APPOINTMENT OR STARTING TREATMENT!
I didn't wanna get treatment but I've just been there for using my pre-paid section!
I know I've got another 5 months extension and very thank you for providing me extension but the Lebanise lady just said my pre-paid section was expired and it's payable after finishing the treatment, and she never listened to me. Also I asked her why you didn't mentioned these information before the treatment, and she said her duty is only doing the treatment not providing payment information.
What the poor customer service!
And then I talked with manager and she said sorry but I need to pay so I just paid for the cost. But the Lebanise lady nothing said to me even say bye!
$40 is not big deal but I had very bad experience with the customer service.
