Had the best experience with Natalia she is truly an expert in her field. She is super knowledgeable and understanding of what I was afraid of when getting a facial. Made me feel super comfortable and so happy with my results I wouldn’t trust anyone else!

Laser clinic always a good brand it just especially in Bankstown they are completely different than other’s (racism) and well bad services ever which not even care or explain the procedure anything after treatment like others place did. How would a customer feel when they just visits first time and how will they expect where all the amenities need to be done in the room. It second time visiting which still disappointed that they did not give a good care or welcome to clients no information no procedure and even when you finished sessions nothing need to be advised or anything staring and no words explaining. This is the worst customer communication ever have in Sydney and no rule apply on top or should employees need a proper training just in case they will facing suing later about misleading information.

I'm very upset with the service. The lady did for me today made me very disappointed, her name was Aya. She was not honest to do for me, even I have told her that she have to wear the gloves to do for me but she didn't.

I highly recommend Aya at laser clinic Bankstown I attend once a month and she does whole body laser removal very happy with the service very professional highly recommend her

I’ve been with them for more than 2 years. I purchased many pre-paid packages for laser hair removal. On their websites they clearly wrote that appointment can be booked in a year advance so I usually book my treatment monthly. However, they said that my pre-paid is expiring on 27/12/2022 so that I cannot book other treatments before 27/12/2022 then forfeited my pre-paid which is so ridiculous. They didn’t mention on website that treatment must be before expiry day so I think as long as I can book my appointment before expired date then it’s all be good. Because after all, i paid for my treatment and booked accordingly to their websites but the way they treated me made me decided to not be their customer anymore. I wonder if pre-paid is only last for one year then what’s the point to say that appointment can be booked in a year advance?

Natalia is the best laser person ever! She has made my laser experience amazing with perfect service every session! Highly recommend if you want laser done ask for Natalia.

I have been coming to laser clinics for over 2 years. The person doing my laser left and the next session someone named Emma did my laser. She missed so many spots and was rude to me. I haven’t experienced service like this from laser clinics before. I almost didn’t want to come back but the next session I had prebooked Aya did my laser. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of one is because of Aya. She’s always so delightful to work with, makes sure I’m comfortable and takes care when doing my laser. I haven’t booked with anyone but Aya since then. However when I do see Emma in the store she is not very nice to deal with.

I have been doing laser hair removal now for over 3 years. I know a good therapist and treatment when i see or have one. Aya at this clinic is the absolute best at what she does. For once i finally have no missed patches and the results are fantastic. I would highly recommend her as your therapist.

It is with great disappointment that I write a review like this, however enough is enough.
I’ve been to this clinic about 4-5 times in total. And each time has led to a negative experience. Which is why I won’t be returning. The manager, Emma needs to work on her people skills. Simplest examples consist of greeting customers, being a little more informative about services/products, etc. During one of my previous experiences, Emma was awfully rude and abrupt. She couldn’t seem to locate my booking on their system - yet I’d receive confirmation via text. That was dismissed and I was told to wait an additional 20 minutes. On another occasion, she couldn’t navigate the prepayment I made online. I had to access my bank statement to prove it - and she was very reluctant when I showed her the exact date of the payment. This made me feel very uncomfortable. I understand technical difficulties occur, but she needs to really work on her problem solving skills.

I loved going here for my laser treatments before cause the staff was lovely. I had a family emergency and couldn't go for one of my treatment. I called prior but no one answered and due to my emergency i couldn't take calls. I called back to reschedule my appointment days later and they said because I couldn't come in, they had used up my prepaid laser treatment. I am so disappointed and very angry at this. I'm not one to write review but im so angry by this.

Emma is the best beauty therapist, and heart and knowledgeable beauty adviser in Bankstown laser clinic. Every visit for skin treatment she made my day and perform her best, she is knowledgeable, professional and delightful.

Because of her advice, my skin is improving a lot more than I expected. She is an asset to the laser clinic. I would highly recommend it to everyone here.

I have been attending the bankstown clinic for a few months now and I am extremely happy with the results I'm getting. My therapist Aya is fantastic. She is friendly and welcoming and also very professional. She always has a smile and makes me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend her to anyone wanting to try laser treatments.

Shocking customer service experience. The young lady in the receptionist was extremely rude. I usually come here to get laser hair removal and always satisfied with the results and customer service. However, after yesterday I will not return to this place again. I was enquiring if there have any availabilities and she literally said she can't find me on the system and walked away to a room and slammed the door. Such a bad attitude for customer service

Krena the nurse injector worked absolute magic on my lips I couldn’t be happier with the service and results!

I got treated by therapist Tina, she was extremely nice and gentle! Very precise and thorough on her work, she was patient with me throughout the service!

One of the workers was very rude and as passive aggressive. She would laugh and act condescending. Will not recommend Bankstown at all.

I just wanted to write a review regarding one of the workers in laser clinics bankstown. This amazing lady is so passionate about satisfying her customers and making sure she does her job properly, not to mention how easy going she is to speak to whilst in sessions with her. I am beyond satisfied with her service and so thankful I have chosen Pamela to assist me with my needs

I only ever get treated by Bella and she deserves all the praise in the world! She is the most amazing and honest therapist I’ve ever encountered. I’ve done laser for years and always have therapists that aren’t as thorough, or want to rip me off. I’m so happy I met Bella because she takes her time and I’m seeing the best results! She’s definitely an asset to the Bankstown team and is the reason I’m such a loyal customer.

The service is horrible in Bankstown, always I had to tell them what was my session about and once I had to go again for the same service that they didn’t do properly. They got me more than once headache. On my last session they didn’t cover all the service that I paid for and the girl in charge just said the system doesn’t shows you paid, but I did. So it’s really annoying. Btw every session that I had with the staff on Mondays gave me some problem.

I am of darker complexion and upon doing my laser treatments with this clinic I got sent home with severe burns (to the point of scabs) on multiple areas of my body including my face. When I made a complaint the manager denied any wrong doing even though I had scars and developed follicular swelling that never went down. They offered me micro treatment but after the 3rd session refused to do anymore, my skin is still in poor condition and I still have scarring.

The lady that was treating me was actually the manager and she used settings too high, even when I told her she was burning me and asked her to stop she wouldn’t listen.

The clinic then claimed it was impossible to burn me due to the machine they used. This clinic is appalling, they need to be re trained on how to perform these medical treatments as well as customer service.
