Lane Cove Aquatic Leisure Centre

Front desk staff member who was on duty on 14.05.2021 around 5.15 pm (short haired lady) was unfriendly and not helpful.
Didn't show any interest in helping out with the situation. A little bit of enthusiasm would have being nice!

Big swimming area with 3 seperate pools, with sauna and spa and gym facilities, all for the one entry fee.

Excellent pools. Suitable for babies and children with 0.5m to 1 m pool. Clean and good water quality. It also has sauna, steam room and hot water pool.

Short of staff always and only a very limited number of senior stuff, some teachers are not trained well enough on how to work with young kids. A short 30mins class sometimes feel like only can be properly utilised if you are lucky enough to be assigned with a senior’s swimming teacher. When the class is full (4 kids), your child will probably only get to swim for 5 mins total during the class time. A lot of waiting and looking at each kids to fix their goggles constantly.

An underrated aquatic center. Fantastic revamped spa (triple jacuzzi), sauna and outdoor pool, clean toilets, enough changing rooms, great shallow pool area for kids and free for all floating devices. Free parking garage straight in front of it, connecting to Lane cove shops, all within walking distance. The gym facilities are great too, in a bright floor with pool view. Great annual membership offers too. It would be nice to organise some kids play events, a water carnival, big floating mats or so, etc. A slide is literally the only thing missing, but oh boy are we all spoiled. Very happy to be a member!

Great aquatic centre with large covered and uncovered pools. Great gym and classes. A bit of a hidden gem.

My boys gave it 3 and 5 stars averaging 4 stars. Play pools were fun for the kids, the steam room included in entry and floatation toys available. The cafe could be quicker with orders, I think the attendant was on break, and another indoor lane would be good for the punters instead of the swim schools especially on Saturday afternoons. Nice facilities.

Great place for families or just wanting a swim or workout. The pool is lovely and warm. Staff are friendly. There's a creche as well which is amazing and very convenient. Very happy to recommend this place.

Great pools, but the facilities are poorly maintained. Change rooms have had broken locks for months, and can be dirty at times

Floor of the pools are slimy.
Unisex toilet shower is broken.
Mould on the shower doors.
Box of chips at the cafe took more than 20 minutes despite the line being fairly short.
Come on lane cove aquatic centre. You can do better!

This is a great place for swimming enthusiasts. I enrolled my little one for swimming classes and he absolutely loves the place. Apart from coaching the facility includes swimming lanes, leisure swimming, Jacuzzi, Steam and Sauna.

Good facilities with very reasonable price. Love this place so much. My wife comes almost everyday.

Great swim school and classes, our 4 year old has progressed rapidly here. Teachers are great with the kids and the structure of the class works really well. Highly recommend!

Great place, easy access and not overcrowded. Very enjoyable experience. Both indoor and outdoor pools are heated and the staff are lovely and very professional. The amenities are always clean.

I came here for the first time this morning and bought the 20 pass for $140. Good value. The 50m pool outside is amazing. Great facilities and the water temperature is perfect, but more importantly didn’t taste massively of chlorine, which is my main reason for ocean swimming when it’s not dangerous / filthy as it is now! Sauna steam room and spa is perfectly maintained and the staff were lovely and helpful. A brilliant facility. Thanks team!

One of most popular swimming pool in north shore. Especially, the the outdoor swimming lane are amazing. Highly recommend!

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Members can also utilise sauna and jacuzzi no additional cost.

Sometimes, there are not enough free lanes because of the group activities and swimming teaching class. You have to find a good time for swimming.
