Buying our first home with Landpearl was exciting with the help of Kathy and Fred who are very professional and friendly. They're very responsive to our queries and are always happy to assist with your needs in order for your settlement to be as smooth as possible. There were some bumps on the road but that's given and sometimes out of their control as you'll need to deal with different parties like banks, etc, but they have given us some guidance to navigate around these challenges. Highly recommended!

Complete lack of professionalism, communication and respect by these guys. Delayed settlement because they failed to upheld their end of the contract with a 45 day settlement. Absolutely unnacceptable and unprofessional. Very poor form, very incompitent would absolutely not reccomend.

This developer completed the project in belair close and I bought one of the apartment here. It's been one year living in this apartment and they have so many defects that they have yet to complete. Worst of all the before 1 year completed, the place has multiple things breakdown. The finishing of the property is not great.

The display room in Homebush is modern and stylish. I highly recommend their sales team, professional, honest and very helpful!
