Chef Alex Wong has thoughtfully curated an amazing menu which is complimented by the ambience and wonderful staff. Hinchcliff house as a venue is very busy given there are four destinations inside one building, that can lead to some confusion however it is completely worth it when the stars behind the bar like Roland hand you a Negroni (on tap) followed by the delicious food and exemplary service by Christina and her team. Truly a memorable experience every time!

10/10 dining experience, Italian and Japanese fushion cuisine is really creative and so tasty, the whole ambience is lovely! Gorgeous interior decor.

An amazing experience.not at all what I expected. "fine dining modernised". Cool atmosphere, super friendly service and cleverly thought out menu. Love the option of the playlist to add more courses depending on how hungry you are.

Decor, ambiance and food is nice. However, our waiter (H) ruined much of the experience for us. Firstly, We ordered 3 bottles of wines and everytime we ordered a bottle, he tried to upsell us on ones that were close to double the price without even explaining why. We knew what wine we wanted but he didn't seemed too pleased that we wanted the bottle that was $89, not $148. On top of that, waiting 30 mins from when he said 'I'll be right back' to take our order is simply not good enough.
Also, don't ask for a tip if you're already charging a 7% service fee.

A little hard to find, but well worth the search. Everything about the experience was first class; the ambience, the food, the wine list, but most importantly, the service. A real gem.

Amazing food, the staff were all super friendly, attentive and the service was impeccable. The venue was so comfortable and perfect for any occasion. That squid ink spaghetti with sea urchin was the best I’ve ever tasted

This is what Sydney has needed for so long. Absolute vibe. Amazing menu, great contrasting flavors. Awesome to have The Cracking wine option where different bottles are opened off-menu. Also a cocktail pairing menu! The ambience is amazing, very attentive waiters. Beautiful interior design. There are communal tables as well as tables for 2 and 4. Highly recommend! Harrison was particularly a fun waiter!

The chef's tasting menu was one amongst the BEST I've had here in Sydney. One of those meals where you just want to walk up to the chef and just hug him. LOVED IT!

We had an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING dinner at Lana last Thursday night. From the second we walked in, until the moment we left - 6 star service, exquisite food, gorgeous vibey atmosphere - what a gem. Can't wait to come back.

Just truly amazing. Great food, excellent wine selection and the staff make you feel like you are the only people in the room. All wrapped up in a stunningly restored venue. One of Sydney's best secrets.

Wow, where to start. A new highlight on the Sydney dining scene. Amazing, wonderful food, brilliant attentive staff that feel like old friends, spectacular fitout / ambience. The aqua pazza kingfish (like a sang choy bow) was beautiful, the Fregola (like a risotto) a highlight and thats before we even got to the show stoppers of the squid ink calamari or tamari Murray Cod. Will be back. Lots. Thank you Christina & team.

Overwhelming! This was the break post-lockdown experience and I cannot fault it in any way. The staff and the service were attentive and considerate. The food was amazing and there was plenty of it. Love the share plates and matched wines.

Dropped in for a client lunch and was blown away by the fresh produce and friendly staff. Looking forward to getting back there for dinner and checking out the wine list!
