Lakeview Blinds Awnings Shutters

Lakeview were a bit difficult to deal with tbh. They did not deliver on time as promised. The install was complicated and.order was stuffed up by.they blamed a supplier. I found the staff to be pleasant enough but the idea that customers have to supply scaffolding to install a Trinidad blind in 2024 is ridiculous. So no I won't use lakeview blinds again and no I won't recommend them either.

We had to pay more and didn’t get what we had ordered.
Have had a very negative experience with this company. We had Dylan assess our house and ordered blinds that could be operated from the inside however upon installation we’re told that this wasn’t possible and that we would have to changed to fixed blinds or pay 2-2.5k per blind (5 blinds in total) to have a motorised option. We live on a tight lane way which is why we wanted to have option to control from inside. For the companies mistake we were ignored made to feel like it was our problem and no compensation at all. This was escalated to customer service manager Liz and her answer was ‘sorry’ and made us feel like we were searching for a freebie rather than investing the complaint. She also said that the issue would be investigated and encouraged us to install the other blinds however as soon as they were installed (we paid for one motorised blind) she sent a general email closing the matter. We are now looking into the department of fair trading. If you are hesitant between this another company I would choose elsewhere as all the blinds are similar and I’ve had family and friends had much better experiences and gorgeous blinds.

Additional: It won't let me reply to the 'Owner' reply. This is an inaccurate account of events and we are escalating this matter. To the customers if you have a smooth order / installation process things may be fine but if something goes wrong this isn't a company you want to be dealing with. I still haven worked out the company structure entirely but no doubt you will be made to feel company errors are entirely your fault. Not worth the risk.

The representative was great instant quote helpful tips, the installer Troy was fantastic very professional. Quality of blinds and value is fantastic. Thank you Lakeview.

Very disappointing service
Lakeview made blinds for a client of ours and they were manufactured and fitted incorrectly, very long drawn out process to resolve, go elsewhere if you want your blinds done properly

What a great company to deal with. Kept me informed of progress quick turnaround, turned up on time and the 2 gentleman who Installed were absolutely lovely.

Great product (Zip Track) and service, right from the start had a quote done and the rep answered all our questions with helpful answers.
I did get other quotes that were ($K’s) cheaper but did not feel any confidence like I did get from Lakeview in that the job would be done correctly.
The second measure confirmed that these were the right guys to do this job and the installation went as specified with minor adjustments to ensure I was happy with the blinds.
Although there was a time delay from quote to installation it really did not matter as we are totally happy with all aspects and recommend Lakeview and their products.

Doors are good quality and finish. Installation was on time and trouble free. Very pleased with the results.

We asked for a quote, the sales rep came to our home and quoted on the spot. We already had several blinds from Lakeview, and wanted the same quality. The installation date was met and the actual installation was hassle free.

I have used Warner's Bay Lakeview Binds on two seperate occasions (one for drapes and the other for blinds) and each time the service has been efficient and friendly. From the initial phone calls right through to the installation each and every employee I talked to was incredibly friendly and helpful. Plus my drapes and blinds look fantastic and they were reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company.

Very rude front desk staff. They install shutter but did not provide charger. I have to buy new charger but when I lodge complaint the girl at front desk was rude and does not want to listen. Never go to this shop again.

Sean was amazing! Excellent service throughout and installation was carried out in timely and stress-free manner.

Plantation shutters in 2 rooms and roller shutters for west side windows were installed without fuss. From initial consult, the advice given was excellent. Took home samples to match with existing colours. Check measure and installers were timely and tidy. Staff on site and showroom were knowledgeable. Very happy with products so far.

Customer service wasn't great in-store unfortunately. Despite being the only customer, with two staff members working, I felt like a burden for asking questions about the product. They were unable to give me a rough guide on prices but took my details to find out and let me know. Never heard from them. Overall, my trip to the store was not very helpful and not worth the visit.
