Lake Group Strata - Strata Management

Lake Group Strata create unnecessary drama and confusion and work and use contractors quotes for their benefit and manipulation. Communication about issues should be to all owners when issues arise before action is taken and quotes are sort but this is not the case. Find another Strata Manager I say. Lucky that owners can sack Strata companies and find another Strata Management company that will work for you and not against you. This organisation is toxic.

What is happening at Swan Bay is just disgusting.
I live in Swan bay but not at the village. I had no idea that it had a managing agent.
Surely as the managing agents you have an obligation to help and not be in denial.
