Recently bought a property with them. The previous oweners left their dirty fridge and rubbish behind on the property that required us to remove everything. Informed the real estate and they didnt give any feedback. In addition upon moving in found out that the dishwasher that was part of the household wasnt working so we ended up replacing that aswell. When asked they stated they will get back to us but nil efforts made to give any feedback regardless of what the result was. No consideration of communicating and letting people know of the concerns of issues being raised.

Had an agent named Aman evaluate my house today. He was punctual, prepared and organised. He walked me through the price my house would fetch, systems they have in place to achieve this price and then went beyond and offered me contacts to help me with other services I needed. He spent a hour chatting with me, and didn't charge me a cent.

Very poor customer service from Irina Popovic I can't believe that a customer has to chase the sales person to purchase a house, how pathetic.

My advise is below.

A guest is the most important visitor on our premises they are not dependant on us. We are dependent on them. They are not an interruption to our work. They are the purpose of it. They are not an outsider of our business, they are a part of it.

Hope you learn and don't treat any guest as bad as you do.

Very poor efforts to help.
Have made numerous complaints about there tenants and the issues are still going on. It's been 3 months of banging, slamming doors, stomping feet, yelling and screaming, fighting.
Get the same dirty attitude from the rental staff member.
You will regret ever leasing a home with this company.
