Hassle free transaction! We had been planning to renovate and sell our investment property for a while, what keeps holding us back was the thought of displacing our lovely tenants in this harsh rental environment. Also, the process would involve spending a small fortune on renovation, the work might take at least a month or two to complete, which also means loss of rental income. Aman called me at the right time and presented us with an option to sell without any "downtime". This means the tenants get to stay on during the whole process, no need to deal with tradies and no costly renovations. We had our first Open Home within a week of meeting Aman, the property was sold two days later to an investor, which worked out well for our tenants as well. We only have good things to say about this selling experience with Aman. Aman was easy to talk to and very insightful. He thinks outside the box and makes the impossible a reality. Man of his words! Laing and Simmons, Ropescrossing. We met Paul four years ago when we invested our property. 2023 was the year to sell for us. Without a doubt we choose Mr Paul Abassi as the real estate agent to sell our property. A man of his words, honest and reliable. A good communicator; responding to our never ending questions. Failed to sell our property. Emre declared he could get us a high price, but couldn't even get an offer within 100 000 of it. Just misleading information and showmanship from the start. Now we're left with costs of advertising but no sale. Wouldn't use them again.

Paul is very experienced and a great communicator
Following extensive research on the local agents, I chose Paul to sell my home for his experience, local knowledge and professionalism as well as his great negotiation skills. The process was very well organised with communication at every stage, and, after the first purchaser had to unfortunately withdraw which was disappointing, the day after my home went back on the market it was sold. I’m a very happy vendor and would gladly recommend Paul to anyone considering selling their home.

I wouldn't recommend them, sold the house and did the settlement a month ago, never got a settlement letter from them.

Purchasing͏ my first property from Paul, I had a great experience, so great that I knew when the time came for me to finally sell the same property that there wouldn’t be anyone else to help me than Paul, when dealing with him and his team it feels like family, he had my back and advised me to the best of his ability, his knowledge and wisdom in the property market is something that no other agent can match, everything was sorted nice and smoothly, and couldn’t be any happier with this whole process!

Cooperative and Excellent Support!

Emre Dilsizoglu is a nice cooperative sales personnel who will support you, like a one stop support centre, for every sort of problems you face during the settlement stage. Nice guy to deal with!

Started off fine with a decent initial consult. Value was lower than other agents and I decided on another agent (Starr Partners) who were beyond excellent.

Unfortunately I then experienced constant marketing updates despite asking multiple times to be removed

I also had to experience and incredibly rude phone call from agent Emre Dilsizoglu which if I hadn’t already chosen another agent would have not only made me go elsewhere but largely inspires this review in addition to the on going lack of action about marketing. He argued about us choosing another agent, rudely tried to ascertain the value they had provided for it and wouldn’t allow me to end the fall despite politely asking multiple times to end the call until I had to get even firmer at which point he took the hint and rudely ended it in a manner that suggested he felt entitled to our business and couldn’t comprehend we went elsewhere. Never received an apology
