Nathan Berlyn only had his own interests in mind when selling me an off the plan purchase. Sold to me as Two bed, two bath and full size study, turned out to so much less. He then made little attempt to support me in on-selling the property before settlement. He didn't respond to emails or phone calls. Worst real estate in the Shire by a country mile

I have sold many properties over the years and the service Peter provided is undoubtedly one of the best. He exceeded my expectations for the sale by utilising his local knowledge of the market and professional negotiating skills to give the best outcome for me and the purchaser.

Disgusting, dishonest and unethical behavior!
For a principal agent to actually NOTIFY a prospective purchasor that their offer HAS BEEN ACCEPTED and then later come back to advise they have since taken another offer is a BREACH OF VERBAL AGREEMENT. These agents cannot be trusted. It is cruel to raise hopes and then crush them. From joy and excitement when calling family, to tears.
This is certainly not ethical behavior.
Is this just another day for these agents?
