1. Open house and inspections were extremely thorough. Michael was very knowledgeable and more importantly super flexible in accommodating our weird hours with a 6 month old bub.
2. The negotiation process was professional as well. They didn't make promises they couldn't keep and honoured those that they did.
3. Will definitely consider them again considering the confidence we got as first time buyers in dealing with an agent.

Michael got a great result given the market, timing and property for sale. I saw him use his negotiation skills to get what I believe was the maximum value for my property. He had challenges to overcome, like the limited number of buyers, difficult market conditions and the features of the property. He provided guidance on what was important, how to get the most value for the property and he was unfazed when plans had to change. I would use him again and I recommend him.

Michael was very easy to get along with, knowledgeable and approachable. He was always on hand to answer all questions I had and kept me well informed on how things where progressing. He did a great job on a challenging sale that had a few curve balls throw in with it witch where handled extremely well. I would most definitely use Michael again and will highly recommend him.

I recently moved into my apartment leased through Laing+Simmons Miranda. I met Jordan Agullo at the open house and he is now my property manager. He's been incredible every step of the way, even though I've been a little high maintenance LOL Jordan is friendly, professional, prompt to respond and very efficient.
