Really poor customer service from Braydon Govan. Applied for a rental property and over a week later, still have not heard back from him. The property status has changed to deposit received online. I am sure Laing+Simmons are a great Estate Agents but would avoid dealing with Mr Govan where possible. We chased and he doesn't return calls. Even an email would have sufficed.
