This is the second time I've come to Tiana and both times she has been absolutely fantastic - so professional, so friendly & good at her job! She is the most gentle beautician I have ever visited. Because she's so gentle, she is the only person who has ever done a lift & tint on me without it stinging, which means I can tolerate it for the required time so my lashes come out the best ever. I also love the way she does my eyebrows. She remembered I have sensitive skin too after only meeting me once. Safe to say I will be visiting Tiana again - she is wonderful! Thank you Tiana

6 January 2022 - Jolly is not only an exceptional lash artist, but she’s an expert at recommending eye styles. The classic natural set she recommended instead of the lite set I was originally going to get, was absolutely perfect for me and exactly what I envisaged. Her lash expertise made my eyes pop! They are amazing! Absolutely love her work and she’s the loveliest girl. I highly recommend, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for fabulous lashes!

I sought the services of Lady Lash after a botched lash extension debacle from a competitor. Samantha placed me with Khanittha who spent an hour (!) removing the old lashes because there was so much glue. Despite this difficult and delicate procedure, Khanittha was able to remove it all without adding further injury to my eyes. Khanittha also provided me with clear and concise advice about what we should do next with my new lash extensions ensuring no further damage would occur. My lash extension artist Jolly is just the best. She does my brows waxing and tinting too. Love the holistic service. I am so glad that I was referred to Lady Lash Parramatta when my lash artist went on maternity leave. Given my previous lash artist was very good, and particular about who she recommends, I had hoped that Lady Lash would be good and Jolly has exceeded my expectations.
