Lovely people, but so hard to communicate
I tried to explain and she tried to fix it and even added more lashes to fix it
However so disappointing.
So unfair you spent your time and money to get something gives you a bad look.
Unfortunately won’t recommend.

I love my lashes. I never would have thought they could make such a difference, but I have received so many compliments. For someone who hates anything near her eyes, it's a relief to have found someone so patient, kind and gentle who puts me completely at ease during the process.

Have been coming to lady lash Parramatta for more than a year now. I have been taken well care of by Jolly in each appointment. Jolly is very friendly, professional and excellent at what she does. I usually have lash extensions and eyebrow lamination done. My each visit has exceeded expectations. I always leave my appointments admiring my lashes and eyebrows. I also like that lady lash has an app as well where I can manage my appointments, this just makes everything so much easier. Definitely recommend this salon.

I had Khanittha and she was wonderful! So friendly, patient and informative. My lash appointment was so relaxing, I even fell asleep a few times and had to catch myself snoring away! I even ended up leaving my water bottle there by accident and they kindly kept it for me to pick up the next day. Would highly recommend and will be using them again. Thank you:)

Great customer service. They have redone it for me for free. And it’s so much better this time, after a week now and it still look pretty good. They apologised to me for didn’t reply my email and explained to me that they didn’t get my email for some reason and they take customer’s feedback seriously.

After the treatment I felt uncomfortable with my left eye and my eyelashes started falling off at the 3th day so I sent them an email for advice but they never replied. Today is the 7th day and the lashes are mostly gone. The staff told me the lashes can last 3 weeks? Don’t think so. The fact that they have not responded gives me the feeling that they don’t want to take responsibility for any problems may occur.
