I love Jasmine! My lashes always look spectacular, I always feel comfortable and well looked after, and only slightly embarrassed if I snore! Jasmine is wonderful.

Rosie is an amazing lash stylist! She is so gentle in applying the lashes and she always gets the style just right.

Best place to get lashes done, my lash artist was so gentle and it was so relaxing.definitely recommend!

I got my eyelashes lifted for 1st time today from Jay and the results look amazing. Jay and the stuff were super and helpful. Definitely coming back.

If there are any guys that want to get their eyebrows done but are a bit nervous go with Patience for sureeeeeee
I was super nervous but Patience was super incredible and I'm beyond happy with the end result! She did an eyebrow wax & tint for me today and it turned out amazing! Even better than I expected!

Monika was amazing, she really took time mapping out my new shape of my eyebrows and listened to everything I liked and gave really good advice on what would look best. They look amazing. I can’t wait for the touch up appointment!

I just couldn’t be happier with the way Rosie looks after me every time I see her and I’m just so happy with how she does my lashes I always get complemented how beautiful they look.

Lady Lash as a whole is fabulous. The customer service is great. Text reminders for easy confirmation and there's always someone quickly available on the phone if you need them. They also provide good advice when you're not quite sure exactly what you need.
10/10 recommend.

Mal is simply wonderful. In 15 minutes, she transforms my look with her mastery in shaping & tinting brows & tinting lashes. My go-to gal!

Love getting my lashes done here. I’ve been to many different salons in my time but Lady Lash is by far the best- they always look so fluffy and natural! My favourite technicians are Tiana and Ayumi but the whole team is great.

I see Mal every 2 weeks without fail, she’s the only technician I trust with my brows, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming too, plus the salon always smells delicious

Mal works her magic on my almost nonexistent brows and even my straight best friend falls in love with me!

I have been to many lash places in Sydney, lady lash is by far the best. I recently changed lash therapist due to someone leaving. I had a lovely phone call with their reception team making sure Im aware of the change who I'm going too have and making sure I'm with someone with a similar style as the lady i had before. I had the talented Chai who did a Hybrid set of silk lashes. I wish i had been more open to see a different lash lady because she was honestly amazing and now i know i wont struggle getting an appointment as I'm happy to see anyone. I had my lashes done 3 weeks ago and still get comments on them daily on how nice they are looking, I'm coming back on Friday for an infill and i cant wait, to see all the lovely staff members and to be tucked up in a pink blanket for my lash nap:) would recommend lady lash to anyone.

Disgusting service from the girl handling phone queries by the name of Katy or Kelly on 23/11. Been trying to secure a booking and just keep getting stuffed around for the the past 3 weeks. Very rude and inconsiderate over the phone. If you sound so miserable then give the job to someone who will do better at it.
I keep asking when is the next available spot and she just keeps referring me to a wait list, yet when I go to the online booking schedule on the website you have spots in December.
If you want return clients then Management I suggest you review some of your staff and their level of professionalism towards clients. Even though I was getting stuffed around I understand you are busy I was still happy to give you my business but after today I don’t think I’ll refer you to anyone I know.
