I got my lash extensions done at Lady lash for the first time. The staff were lovely and Konomi was amazing and skilful. I am happy with the result. Also, no sting and red eyes which I usually will get when done somewhere else. Definitely will be booking again.

Keenia seems very knowledgeable and friendly. She helped me choose a length and curl that would be comfortable to wear with my thick glasses. She also showed concern for the health of my natural lashes (finer strands) and made sure to apply the extensions to suit them. The overall result was something tailored to me and my eye shape. Thanks Keenia! Oh, and she's gentle enough that I think I dozed off (and was possibly woken by my own snoring!)

Ivy is an incredible lash technician who's transformed my lashes! Best in the biz. Flawless work every single time. I constantly get compliments on my "natural lashes"! Will not go elsewhere after so many bad experiences at other places, with glue and clumped lashes.
