I have been coming to Kristal Nails for 2 years now and I won’t go anywhere else! The service is excellent. Angel in particular is so quick, efficient and professional - all the girls and guys that work there are so lovely and I always leave satisfied with perfect shellac or SNS. Love that they are so flexible with walk ins and the prices are super reasonable considering the fantastic service they provide. Highly recommend!

The people serving the customers were super nice and they did their job very good. I did my eyebrows and it was very neat and clean. I recommend going here

Mia was lovely and did my acrylic nails lovely and I didn’t feel like she was rushing to leave even though they where due to close. Manjeet did my spa pedicure and Shellac toe nails and did a great job. She was very good at being careful when cutting my nails and have a lovely foot massage. All of the team are lovely. Really recommend!

Lynn did my nails today and she did a wonderful job. All of the team are always professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

It is also reasonably priced compared to other places, and she takes her time to make sure they are exactly how you like them. Would highly recommend her! Always perfect service! My nails last up to 8weeks and never break. Very clean environment, I can bring my teenage daughter. All the girls super professional and fast. Never been disappointed.

I had my nails done by Angela yesterday and I am super happy! Both by Angela and her colleagues service, but also from the owner that is heavily involved in the day to day business. At 53 I finally decided I’d like to try a manicure and pedicure so just rocked up to Kristal. Even though they were busy they put me straight into a massage chair and I had a wonderfully efficient and relaxing experience! Totally recommend this place!

I'm not one to write reviews, but the staff and owner here are so sweet that I just have to let everyone else know. Honestly FAVOURITE nail salon in all of Sydney. Despite not living in Waterloo anymore, I still come here to get my nails done. My most recent shellac mani+pedi survived a 6-week travel around Europe! Not a single peel from any edge! Not only did they do a great job, but all the employees are also very welcoming. The owner offered tea, coffee and water. He also noticed from his counter that my hands were always unavailable and came by to help me open the complimentary water bottle he gave me. So considerate! PS: They also do FREE removals if you're doing the same type of service (eg: free shellac removal if you're getting another shellac service. That saves me like $15-20ish each time!)
