Kristal Nails and Beauty - Waterloo

I had a booking and still they made me wait for 30 minutes, so I left. Very disappointing.

Waked out with BLEEDING fingers! A lady wearing glasses polished my nails in a rude way, the first time she made me feel hurt I told them to stop, but the lady pretended nothing happening and keep being rude until she left a DEEP CUT on my hand. The nail polish is also uneven, after this they still tried to charge me the full price. Never to come back!

Went there for wax. Have gone there for pedicures as well before.
The girls there are very sweet and polite but the one that did my wax seemed a little rude or maybe was just having a bad day that say?
You know a smile goes a long way:)
Overall experience has been good, will visit the store again.

The first time I went here was because another salon did my nails horribly just before my wedding, so I went to Kristal Nails and they did an amazing job. I’ve been going here ever since. Amazing customer service and always beautiful clean nails

I was excited to try this new shop even though my flatmate warn me they weren't very good and it happen the same with her. Unfortunately 2weeks after I have done my nails, half of them were chipped. Very disappointed but still decide to go there to see if they would do it again.their answer was NO, because it been 2weeks. I even showed my pedicure from other shop Shellac over a month and they look perfect. Anyway, I won't go back ever again.

Always a good experience except for when they give me their new staff. Such a shoddy job today another nail tech that worked there gasped and said it wasn’t good. Please train your staff up, it’s like playing the lottery otherwise. My mum had a good nail tech and the difference was massive in our manicures. My lady even skipped multiple steps….

I am a regular customer at this nail salon, and I have to say, it's absolutely amazing. I live nearby and come every second week for my nail appointments, and I am always impressed by the high level of service and attention to detail that I receive.

I have been going to Kristal Nails since the Surry Hills Village days and they just go from strength to strength. Amazing service, attention to detail and CASH ONLY. I love them. Thank you for always doing and amazing job and making me feel like a ROCKSTAR.

Very Bad Experience. I always did 1 hand arcylic nail extension. They always rise price by 5 dollar. First time I paid 30$ than 35 and today Girl said 40$ one hand. I am theirs usual customer. But the girl treated very badly and said its waste of time in one hand nail extension. Our bboss told us to increase price.

Had shellac done here twice and both times have chipped really easy. Recently got them done and 2 days later, 4 nails had chipped off. I went back to fix this and they charged me an extra $15 to fix 2 day old nails! Really disappointed and will no longer return.

Every time I come, I have an appointment and I am now waiting 15 minutes and still not had a start on my own lashes. It’s not good enough.

I loved my nail, everyone is attentive and kind. Dan welcomes us very well! I will be back more often.

Won’t be back despite the girls being lovely and doing a good job. I just moved to the area and would have liked to make this place my regular but I was charged an extra $10 just because I requested to have 2 colours (total of 2 coats) what doesn’t make sense is that if I chose 1 colour, you also get 2 coats. I’ve been having 2 colours for years now and not a single salon has charged me extra. Disappointing.

They force people to review.plus the products they use are not good. My daughter as well as my sister had a really bad reaction to their skin. Would not suggest going there!

The worst nail place I’ve ever been to. Had an alright start at first with my nail artist but then after she had switched with someone else everything started to go down hill, she took ages re coating the acrylic making it look bumpy and I thought that she would just file it later but when it came to buffing it out she didn’t do anything and I have chunks on the tip of my nails. As she put the nail polish on she missed lots of spots making it look chipped and some nails look overgrown as she didn’t paint the bottoms. Then she never gave me the chance to wash my hands and I went out the door with crusty hands. The nail artist was also very well sick and was coughing everywhere without a mask.
