Worst customer service experience. Ordered my sofa bed Order no 610264118, didn’t have the gumnuts and connectors. Phone customer service number just disconnects automatically and chat person on website is saying 5-7 business days for response. Seems like you guys are spending money to get good reviews

Giving Koala a one star review makes me feel like I have insulted companies that have received a one star review, they probably deserved one star. However Koala deserves nothing.

I feel like a Dr. David Dao Duy Anh on a united airlines flight 3411. My customer service experience has been this bad, at least he was able to lie down and get some sleep.

Ordered a mattress weeks ago and have had no information or updates from koala since. On hold for a total of 50 min over 4 calls, 3 messages left (as you hang up on people after a certain amount of time on hold anyway). Email sent a week ago. No reply.

Too worried about sending presents to influencers rather than sending actual customers the products they have purchased. They are a fake image based company with no real value or quality.

Koala has some of the best customer service I have come across. Each person I have spoken to are so easy to deal with and nothing seems to hard for them to do. They have gone over and above my expectations!
Our mattress is fantastic and we love sleeping on it, would recommend to anything thinking about getting one!

I highly recommend the Koala Sofa! Ordered a click a collect, next day delivery with the option of 5pm-8pm and came at 5: 05pm. The courier was so helpful with getting the boxes up the stairs for me. The couch was easy to put together and is super comfy and sturdy. I love KOALA!

Bought a couple of their sofa beds and really happy with them. Simple design, great quality and comfortable. Telephone support was ok but unresponsive to emails.

DO NOT BUY THIS MATTRESS. Ours was fine for the first six months, so the 120 day trial did not protect us. We paid $1000 for a mattress which should last 10years, Koala's warranty only covers dips over 2.5cm. Our Mattress has a major dip of 1.8cm which causes my husband to slip off to the edge each night and wake with a sore back. Save your money for a Sealy or other quality brand that WILL last you 10years. They're less than $1000 on sale!

Loved their new tv ad as they included a person sleeping with their dog, a staffy like mine no less, which is my current sleeping arrangement. However I was very disappointed to find they have recently moved their manufacturing from Australia to China. For that reason I won't be buying from them. Great ad though!

Great delivery service with live updates. Delivery man was super speedy and helpful. Was the easiest thing to assemble and unravel the mattress. And wow what a great nights sleep!

I purchased a sheet set from Koala about 2.5 years ago and they are the best sheets I've ever used! Impressive temperature regulation, soft, silky, smooth, they're even environmentally sustainable! The perfect product for all seasons of the year! Unfortunately the fitted mattress sheet recently began to tare across middle and it was disappointing Koala didn't offer this product separately from a bundle: (However, after explaining the situation with Taylor from the customer support department (Who was immensely helpful and overall amazing!) she organized for me to receive an entirely new set for FREE! (which I am eternally thankful for!) I highly recommend treating yourself to the incredible sleep experience Koala exclusively provides and will happily use Koala sheets for the rest of my life!
I will definitely look to Koalas for all my future furnishing needs & can't wait to use their other products down the track!

My partner contacted Koala to replace our mattress as it had soft spots. They kept in touch with us and organised replacement when we returned from holiday. Top notch customer service.

Purchased a Queen Koala Mattress. The purchasing process and removal of our old mattress was incredibly easy. We purchased a Koala mattress after hearing how supportive this mattress was online, however both my husband and I found it quite firm.
Following my concerns, the Koala customer service team contacted me to offer a mattress topper that should make our mattress more suitable to our needs. Great customer service is so rare these days and to have a business care so much, to receive a call so quickly to address any concerns, is greatly appreciated.

First night on a koala mattress and potentially the worst sleep I have ever had. Very uncomfortable, mattress is uneven with soft and hard spots. If you sit on the edge of the bed, it’s like the mattress deflates! What a joke.

Tried the one bed mattress and found it far too hard even when turning over the topper to become softer so tried the koala mattress and haven’t looked back!
The Koala is really comfortable, can sleep to the edges, good hight, no layer separation overall good choice would definitely recommend and use in future when replacing other mattress in the house.

I bought the mattress and the pillow. The mattress is great but the pilow is falls short. It feels strange and is really high for the average neck. Both items feel overpriced (the pillow to far greater degree). Overall, I recommend the mattress, but not the pillow.

Great mattress, super comfy, but Koala REFUSES to sell replacement covers. My partner sweats like crazy during sleep, and while we wash the cover frequently, the stains still build up and after three years really needs replacing. Only option is to buy a whole new mattress, which seems like the antithesis to Koala's ecological/philanthropic brand message (wasting the perfectly good mattress core).

Their main competitors, Sleeping Duck and Ecosa, have assured me I can buy replacement covers when needed through them so when we do replace, it won't be with another Koala product.

I was very happy with the mattress until it started sagging. They swapped it for another one but this one, although not majorly sagging, has become increasingly uncomfortable to the point I can no longer get a decent night sleep.

I contacted them and got no response, except to ask me to review their customer support.

I wouldn't recommend this company or its product.

Pretty disappointing to see the recent offshoring developments. Their whole brand is based on Aussie made - this is a slap in the face to everyone who has purchased the product in the past based on this factor. I’ll avoid now and into the future, as I’m sure many others will. Let your voices be heard, Australia.

I have suffered with chronic back pain for 18 years. I can't say this mattress has taken away my pain but I can say that I have never been able to sleep on my left hand side and sometimes somehow I wake up in terrible agony on my left but with this matress I have woken up on my left a few times and been a more of a normal amount of pain rather than in agony.from day one I can easily say this is the best matress I have ever slept on and there is zero chance I will be returning it on 120 days. I ordered it on a Friday and it came in a Monday and was instantly more comfortable and I already had a half decent matress with an expensive comforter so it was well worth it.thank you ️

Bed is too hard. Had to keep the mattress for 14 days before they would take it back. A topper was offered to soften the bed, however that was 1 month away, so no good. This bed would suit a person under 40yrs old and a back sleeper.
Bed needed a $75 bunnings bed cover for the return. The whole process, was stressful. IMO just got to bed shop and try before you buy.
