Registers in the centre of store just makes no sense. Staff have limited knowledge and are not greatly helpful or friendly.

Handy being open 24hrs. Carpark can get very busy. Good variety in store and if you're lucky, you may find some great bargains!

Love shopping at Kmart great value for money and can always find something for myself and my oversized husband thank you

Convenient to get in and out of quick, prefer going to this one over the Westfield Kotara one.

Always find it strange that the checkouts are in the middle of the store and they have staff checking everything at the main entry/exit.

Super cheap stuff, kitchen items are very well priced and a large range to choose from.

The Trolley Man was Rude disrespectful n ran a trolley into back of my ankle, Kmart might look at replacement for this position.

The young man behind the counter wasn't very happy with working the products were well priced and staff were friendly.

Had to wait at customer service counter over 10 mins. One person serving with 12 people waiting is not good enough. Very frustrated

It's hard to find what you're looking for. I was looking for mens cargo pants or chinos but everything was so mixed up I ended up just buying my son jeans instead. Mackay KMart is a much better store they should take a leaf out of their book.

Fantastic that it's open 24 hours. Extremely convenient. Big focus on shoplifting at the entrance. 2 staff checking purchases thoroughly. Easy and free car park. Close proximity to other stores.

Like all kmart stored it has been remodeled and I personally don't like the checkouts being in the middle of the store. It has a range of trendy things but kmart has lost my vote in quality of their items

Great parking to start with, and well organised within the whole store.amazing. There is very little that you cannot buy. You go into main doors and see strait away are a prethera of most things that you could possibly purchase. Lastly, layby if needed.

For me Kmart has lost its appeal for blokes. Seems harder to find stuff now it's been upgraded. It does look better but more walking around looking as you can't see past the big shelves anymore. Car section has minimal stuff. Seems to be nearly all homewares and clothes.

Great staff minus the lazy security. In Newcastle, people treat this place like it's some sort of late night amusement park. I see adults kicking soccer balls around like they're on a playground, spitting, swearing and sometimes even fighting or drinking. Each and every single time there is at least one security guard who does NOTHING.

Great store to find just a about anything for the home. They have a large kitchen area with very reasonable priced items. Plenty of other home wares as well as a large collection of clothing. There toys for the kids and even an entertainment section, though only a limited selection of items, mainly cables and dvd/Blu-rays. The most annoying part is having the registers in the middle of the store, but you get used to it.

The store itself is a good size and has a great range. Being one of the few Kmart stores in Newcastle with Kotara temporarily closed, they've done a good job of keeping popular products in stock despite demand.

This is a good sized store, plenty of variety. Staff were lovely. Didn't close in on you, like some of the smaller stores.

Eating there a lot of times. But this time was not the best. There was a taste in the dish that wasn't nice. My son had the same. And said the same. He didn't eat his. Should of said something but did not want to cause a seen. Will lb. Go back but not for a little while

Open air shopping centre with large KMart full of all your favourites and more. Lots of bargains to be had with karts famous low prices. Parking leaves a bit to be desired.
