No problems I pulled up as arranged & they were there strait away to do the change over, all smiles & looked after me so I will be back there again.

I purchased a very expensive pram, which turned out faulty.
(didn't know until the day I wanted to leave hospital with my baby)
They said they had ordered a part that was being sent that day.
The part (wheels) didn't arrive until almost 3months later. Being a new mum this took a toll.
I then purchased a another very expensive item, it also being faulty!
I was told I couldn't get a refund because it was a product of another company and I'd have to send it away.
Car seats and other items I was happy with, just not the price.
I was there a few days ago and even with a sale things are very expensive compared to other retail stores.

Kmart is always good fun. But the last three items i have purchased from this store have been either broken, covered in significant amounts of mould or broken.

Currently not a lot of stock on the shelves, hence less variety to chose from, especially compared to Big W that is fully stocked.

Normally don't mind this location. Parking can be crazy and the till lineups as well. After years it is sad my review is only a three but it was the way the staff member spoke that dropped thee rate. I understand with COVID it's stressful but the lineup system was not clear and people were all in one.they started to say all self-service needed to be in the other lines but because shelves seperated the lines noone could get out of line unless everyone backed out. But she kept calling out to use two lnes. People started to but waited for those already waiting. So staff started to mumble together and say rude things. Perhaps rethink set up anf, put up signs.

The best advantage for this Kmart are the long opening hours and very adjacent parking. Around Xmas they put up Christmas lights and the shopping centre has shown a real commitment to being eco friendly by installing wind generators.

Shopping late is great, not so crowded, pleasant atmosphere, staff were fantastic, great shopping experience!

Completely useless. We have asked this store to put the same thing on hold 3 times in 3 days. And each time it hasn’t been done. What a waste of time, useless staff.

Genuinely disgusted with how we where just treated had 2 chairs, 3 furniture items and some smaller stuff went through self serve only to start having some trouble with the machine, the girl on self serve was ignoring us the whole time and when we had to get her assistance with the machine she didnt even say ANYTHING to us, completely ignored us, sighing the whole time!

Staff here are great. Chatty and friendly. Very much appreciated when this poor guy ends up having to buy things he has no idea about.

Overall wasn't to bad had most items some where a bit over priced but there was a lot of good special's on to make up for it so go when the specials are on, parking was good didn't have a hassle, plus there's toilets there and a couple of other shops on the side and you can grab a bite to eat and a coffee.

For a while there the shelves were almost bare but recently things have changed and it’s good to see shelves fully stocked once again. The only issue I’ve had was with click and collect advising they were out of one of my items but when I went to collect my order, I easily found that item on the shelf.

The quality of items are diminishing. Also the electronics, gardening and car/auto sections are either gone altogether or are diminishing every year.

Visited at 7.30am and staff were restocking shelves. Was difficult to find what I needed with boxes and trolleys everywhere. Will visit at another time to update post

Great variety, always up to date with seasonal needs and festivities, clean, organised, friendly staff, excellent customer service

Convenient, large scale kmart offering an extensive range of products from a simple pencil right up to trendy, more expensive home electronics. Staff were VERY helpful and courteous and will gladly assist with ANY questions you might have. I very happy customer.

My favourite shop among all. Has everything. Cute stationary for kids but cheaper than typo and smiggle. Sell nice clothing. Convenient. Big car park and close to other shops. （＾ω＾）

I've always liked Kmart at Waratah I called in looking for some funnels I spoke to the staff who was shifting around all the stock in the shop I found a couple of funnels that will do the job that I needed I did appreciate staff that help me look for the funnels over the years things have certainly changed for Kmart I still enjoy going to Kmart and I hope you do too from mwh
