Got 2 punctured tyres from driving past a construction site and was lucky this place was literally around the corner and welcomed me straight in and put new tyres on it immediately along with a wheel alignment. They are very efficient and freindly service

Awesome my garage tyre quote $80 same tyre kmart was $95 They droped competitors price $79each Im very happy as im guarenteed 30days tyre malfunction and 12 mnth free puncture and special car plan.note you may have to wait 1 hr i went to shoos come back.note busiest times are 9am 3pm_5pm 11/1pm best time to go.

I was very impressed with their service. I went for a pink slip inspection and it only took 40 minutes! They also said that I could bring my car in a little earlier than scheduled. The shop was nice and clean with comfortable sofas. I will definitely go back again.

They not good on promises, always deliver late then promised, over booked and staff is rude not friendly et all.

Service was terrible.
I booked my car in to get 4 new tyers and a wheel alignment all quote over the phone. Arrived for my 1pm booking and was told wouldnt be finished till 4pm. I received a call at 3.45 to tell me that i was quoted the wrong price and the price would be $500 more. So i didnt go ahead with it.my car was sitting there for 3 hours nothing been done. When i arrived to pick it up it was still on the hoist. Poor management, poor customer service.

What a bad experience with their phone calls.i been phoned heaps of time no one answered.the guy work on reception doesn’t care about the phone calls.i saw him even he was just sitting front of a computer and customers were keep calling but he doesn’t answer the phone call.what a shame also they never care about the customer phone calls even they busy or quite huh

Went to get tyres replaced and a pink slip as I was just around the corner, the place was empty, one car on the hoist, three mechanics and no customers and the guy refused as they were "too busy" so i needed an appointment. Incompetent. Ultratune around the corner had 4 cars being worked on and said they would fix me up after a 15min wait. Go to Ultratune, less than a kilometre away and those guys are actually helpful.

We bought dodgy tyres 3 months ago and paid premium price for it. I don't mind paying premium if we got a good service. However, only expect over priced tyres with bad attitude service here!

Called to book in for new tyres. Guy there told me he was too busy to do it because people were off work.

Poor service. Only good when they present you the hefty bill. Car started giving problem in less than 2 months. Forget about any follow up call. I understand you are busy but have the courtesy to help customer with a different store if customer has relocated.
