I ran over some factory spikes while working as a plumber. I drove straight to mycar care seven hills & explained the situation to Kain. He was so helpful did a pressure test & Bibke leak test on all tyre. Great service. Thanks Kain!

We had our vehicle's brakes checked and fixed. The work needed to be done was well communicated with us, and the job was completed in less than a day. Very friendly staff, professional service.

Don't go anywhere else. Anthony and his team are fantastic. They always explain everything and only do what is necessary. I'd give more stars if I could. So glad I found a mechanic I can trust.

It's my 1st flat Tyre ever. Got freak out a bit. But the staff is so polite and he calm me down. I just handed him the key and voila! My new Tyre! Better than that, I'm their regular client, got old Tyre from them. So it's under warrantee of 12 months. Which means I got it for free! Thanks guy! Definitely see you again at my next rego check!

Awesome friendly staff, excellent service. Happy Car happy me. However the cost of spark plugs were more than twice the price of what the standard retail price is. I feel a bit ripped off and if I had known that before I would have purchased it myself. For that reason I won't return.

I had a log book service and needed 4 new tyres. Communication was good. Staff were polite and friendly. I would recommend them.

Service was great!

Only feedback was not being able to see charges for service and parts broken down before payment (as this was done at home, prior to pickup). When you are paying over $1,000 that is important. Will continue to use the Seven Hills location.

Good servicing apart from price rip off add-ons
Went for major servicing and quoted for cabin filter change for $70? When I can do that myself, for free
Says my car battery health failed, advising to have it replaced (with battery from their own inventory of course) since battery is still under warranty, went to supercheap and they had it tested twice in front of me, ejected out a scanner receipt saying it’s still good. Not sure who is failed here, mycar’s battery scanner or the people of mycar trying to do the battery scan?
