Kmart Tyre & Auto Service Drummoyne

Waa stuck in traffic and My battery light came on just outside their workshop. I pulled in to see if they could have a look at it for me. The gentleman was more than happy to help me out and figured out what the problem was and gave me a solution to fix it. Would definitely recommend.

When booking my car in for a service I advised I needed new brakes in addition to the service. My car is regularly serviced at this location so I believed they would have been prepared to replace the brakes. When I picked my car up I was told “you will need new breaks soon” No S… Sherlock! When I asked why they weren’t replaced during the service as I had advised over a week ago when I booked the service I was told oh we didn’t have the parts! Also I advised that I was due for a major service but seems they must have been too busy for that because it seems all I got was a half hearted spit and polish. Sorry my car you just lost me. I will go elsewhere I drive long distances and need a safe and reliable car. Not happy

I have been a customer of Kmart Auto (it's old name) for over 10 years at multiple service locations in Sydney and Brisbane. Always happy with their service. Thought I'd tryout their workshop at Drummoyne, thinking it'll be the same as other locations. I was very WRONG! Their customer service were were poor. The man in front of the counter was extremely arrogant and condescending. It's extremely shameful as this kind of attitude will only damage its brand.

Honest and genuine mechanics, who care about you and your car. I have used them a few times now and always drive away feel like I was taken care of and with a great sense of trust. And my car always drives away better than when it came in.

Leo is an outstanding mechanic, I've been taking my car to him for years and so has my wife. There are never any nasty surprises in price, Leo deals like a gentlemen and the service is always first rate and quick. I can't recommend him highly enough. These gentlemen took the time to provide a detailed ‘show and tell’ explanation of the work required and an honest estimate of the cost involved. They were timely in completing a significant amount of work on our car and highly professional in all our discussions. They are always a pleasure to deal with and take considerable care and pride in their work.

Very fast and friendly service. Tan found the issue quickly as well as spotting a separate problem which needed repairing. The parts were ordered overnight and fixed by the next day. Very happy.

First time I've given Leo and his team a go. The whole experience was textbook. They were friendly on the phone when I booked the appointment even though it was a busy Friday afternoon and it was only a minor job. The service process was transparent and well communicated. They recommended a budget product for my car fit for its age and my driving needs instead of trying to upsell me. When I picked up the car they even got one of my old tyres out from the basement to show me what was wrong with them. Great experience, will be back!

My car had a flat yesterday, and I as I pulled into the workshop I coincidentally bumped into the kind stranger who'd pointed it out to me earlier happened to Bobby, the mechanic at myCar. They offered me their jack and repaired the puncture in the tyre, and did so free charge. Despite the inconvenience of a flat, having experienced Bobby and Keiran's kindness really made my day.
