My brother introduced me to my car Tyre & Auto in Drummoyne about 5 years ago and ever since I have been leaving my car with them for all my mechanical repairs & registration needs. They are very honest and reliable & I trust them completely when they say that my car needs such & such to be fixed and made roadworthy & safe again. I really appreciate their input as I am female & I trust them when I cannot contact my brothers.

We have been going to this place for several years now, and Leo has always done a fantastic job checking and servicing our car. This year is no exception, he still did such an excellent job. It’s amazing that although our car is so old, it’s still going strong and functional. We are very happy with his service.

Also, Leo is a great listener, he was very patient with us as we told him issues about our car. He also explained what was wrong with our car and always asked us if the cost was ok with us before he replaced parts and repaired our car. He also showed where to fill in the water tank as well as adjust the lights on the dashboard.

Double thumbs up to Leo and also his team. And we will definitely continue to go to this place for pink slip and servicing.

Leo is amazing, i had a flat tyre due to a pothole and i was so distressed as i tried to contact so many tyre shops and went to Mycar in Eastgardens and the guy there was an absolute jerk and refused to even help. I turned up at my local Mycar in Drummoyne and Leo was amazing! He calmed me down, ordered the tyre for me, even suggested to test the rim for cracks. Fixed my tyre the next day. He's service is impeccable! He's such a gentleman and he's now got my business and my family's business! Thank you Leo for your kindness!

I cannot recommend mycar Tyre and Auto Drummoyne more highly! With no warning my car broke down while I was driving near Birkenhead Point. I was blocking a lane of traffic but no matter what I tried could not get my car to start. I hadn’t crashed into anything, the petrol tank was essentially full and I had no idea what to do. Luckily, one of the mechanics from mycar Drummoyne saw everything unfold and offered assistance. They got my car working again and fixed the problem free of charge! Best mechanic ever:)

The service at the Drummoyne shop was excellent, but their Call Centre is useles.
Had to talk to three operators and this took one and a half hours, just to book
I'm amazed that they're still in business.
My rating is 4 for the service at the shop and ZERO for the call centre.

Terrible customer service.the worker was rude and arrogant towards my 17 year old child who had a flat tire.my child left in tears.wouldn’t recommend this place at all

Fantastic service above and beyond what was expected. Genuinely good people who take time to listen and explain things simply. I cannot recommend Leo and his team more highly.

Excellent service. I needed tyre repair overnight as my car was towed here overnight. The staff were so friendly and professional. They went out of their way to get parts from another store and charged even less than my usual dealership, in spite of extra effort. Very impressed!

The guys at mycar come highly recommended and are reasonably priced. Waiting time is not a problem and my car was completed the same day.

Went for a pink slip, he checked my tires which were near new, then said he’s fully booked. So if no benefit for them they don’t help you.

Booked a CV boot repair/replacement with MyCar Drummoyne as the previous service advised that I need to replace it before rego. When I dropped the car I also ask for brake check and number plate light replacement. Got a call in the afternoon that they have checked the CV boot and found nothing wrong with it, the brake is fine and they just replace the number plate light. Total cost is $18. Thank you Tan and MyCar Drummoyne team for being honest, and not replacing a good CV boot (cost around $400) for the sake of making profit.
