Jason, Cameron and Erin were so considerate and efficient with helping me purchase my first car! Responded ASAP when I had questions and always made me feel comfortable with the purchase! 10/10 recommend buying from Kloster Hyundai.

Where do I start, I had contact with a couple of car salesmen including Rhys. I was told the car I wanted to inspect was being used as a loan car. I was told a number of times when the car will be returned and that I will be called asap.
Never received a phone call back, everything seemed too complex to do i.e. Call the woman loaning the car.
Long story short - what a stuff around and I find out today the car is sold. What a joke!
Hopefully this review will helps other buyers to avoid this company

Nikki and Erin were such a pleasure to deal with. This was my first new car buying experience and they made it such a stress free process. They both went above expectation to make sure I left the dealership with a smile on my face and an awesome car.

I highly recommend this dealership if you are interested in a new vehicle. Thank you ladies and the whole team involved!

Ordered a new i20n through these guys and troy, Nikki and Erin helped me so much. Got my car 2 months earlier than expected and the service was immaculate would and will definitely deal with them again

Nikki and Erin were very helpful in getting us into our new Hyundai Palisade. They even stayed back on New Years Eve so we could pick it up. The whole process has been super easy, will highly recommend.

Have had my car serviced there regularly since I bought it brand new in 2013. Last service I noted that there was an issue with my car cutting out while driving. They advised nothing was wrong however car is still cutting out. From checking the service log book & what is required each service, it seems they have missed changing my gear box fluid at 100,000 kms & my car is now at 146,000kms. Called to check on this and was advised that they don't have records of my car services since 2015 despite me having receipts from each year. Recommended bringing my car back in and being charged for another service to fix the issue I already told them about at last service. Customer service has declined over the years and the man I spoke to last time was extremely rude. Will not be going back.

Cameron, Erin and the rest of their team are genuinely amazing and beautiful people. They went so above and beyond for me, in every single aspect of my dealings with them. They are amazing people inside and out. I couldn't be more happier with my purchase, the way i was treated, and how much i was helped. Whenever i had any questions they would happily talk me through them. I cant recommend this team enough. On top of all of this their service is impeccable. Thank you Klosters Hyundai Team.

I approached Kloster Hyundai in early January 2021 with regard to the availability of the new i30n. Nikki, my salesperson, kept me informed as much as possible during my wait. She went over and above in her role to provide me with a car as soon as they were available. I was very happy to take delivery 6 days before my birthday!

My dealings with Klosters has been horrific. They’ve ruined the process of buying a new car and you can just tell they’re desperate for any business that they get on their hands. Not only will I never shop/ recommend Klosters ever again, I will also never be buying another Hyundai again, the bar has been set too low. If for whatever reason you do want to purchase from Klosters, avoid Nikki Carter, extremely rude and incompetent sales person.

I was very shocked when reading Nathan’s review. As he has rubbished Nikki Carter, myself and husband have dealt with Klosters and there is no other person we would deal with but Nikki Carter.
Our last car which Nikki sold us went smoothly and Nikki has a beautiful nature and so kind.
Nikki helped us so sincerely and helped us in choosing all the extras with ease,
We would definitely go back to Nikki Carter when wanting to buy a new car.

Nikki was probably one of the worst sales reps I’ve dealt with. I cancelled an order on an I30N almost two weeks ago only to have just received my refund, she started playing games with me and her attitude changed greatly since my cancellation, she was short, rude and came up with excuses when it came to asking about my refund. I also had a friend order one with me but he cancelled a couple of days ago and received his refund on the day it was processed. However it took almost 2 weeks to get mine. Her communication was terrible, she lied on multiple occasions and was very rude in the process. I will probably go back to getting an i30n later on in the future but there is NO WAY I’ll ever come back to kloster Hyundai. I will be not recommending Nikki Carter

Just purchased a used 2019 Hyundai Kona Active. The sales staff member Chris was really helpful with facilitating the best choice of car and arranging a price for my trade in. Jess was super efficient, and enabled us to promptly get my finance sorted so I could leave with my car that day. Great service!

Have been without my i30 on-and-off for the last 18 months as these guys have been unable to diagnose a problem with water on the passenger side carpets. The car has gone in 6 times for repair, each time a different cause given and the problem reappears within weeks. Went to pick it up again two weeks ago (after they were "fixing" it for two months) and the carpets were wet, they hadn't even tried to fix the problem. No communication, they haven't called me back as they said they would. Can't spend any more time navigating their phone system trying to contact Mark Proszkoweic to sort this out. Fair trading is my next call.

Looking at upgrading my previous Suzuki purchase (from Nikki Carter) to a Hyundai and cannot believe the negative feedback about Nikki.
From the moment I inquired about my vehicle, Nikki was in constant contact with me - she made me feel like someone that mattered and not just "another sale" to her (like I felt with other dealerships). I knew very quickly that I wanted to purchase my new car from Nikki because she took the time to explain everything to me and she was honest - no sugar coating anything - which I respected about her and appreciated.

I've even recommended Nikki to my work colleagues who have also given up on Sydney dealers to purchase from her, as well as close friends who have bypassed Sydney to purchase from Nikki, because she doesn't just reel you in and tick you off - she listens and explains and goes out of her way (even in her own time) to help every customer, even if it's not relevant to her own direct brand.

As already mentioned, I am looking at upgrading to a Hyundai and I wouldn't even consider going anywhere BUT to Nikki - I want to know that I am getting the best vehicle to suit me and my lifestyle and wouldn't hesitate to travel the 2.5hrs just to deal with her!
