Went in to buy an I30, young lady came out to tell us she couldn’t help but to come in to talk to a sales person. Went in to stand awkwardly while the young man continued to look at his computer for what seemed to be a very long time. Then turned never getting out of his chair, he went on telling me that they had nothing except one that had already been purchased. We were not allowed to look at it. “That was it, didn’t give any further information. ” “Worse service ever”.

From the initial enquiry seeking information on a vehicle, to the delivery of a Hyundai Tucson, Troy was meticulous in providing a professional service across all aspects of the sale. Troy's genuine demeanour in ensuring the customer was initially aware of all the details of the vehicle, to regular communication as to the delivery of the vehicle and finally to explaining all the features of the vehicle was paramount in providing a 'seamless' sale.

Met with Cameron to buy a used car, he was really friendly and helped answer any questions. Let us take it for a test drive too. We had a few minor issues with the engine number of the car but Cameron fixed this all within a day and was really great at calling and keeping me updated. Only negative was that they were not open to negotiate on price or extras, not even budge a little despite giving us only one key, scratches on the car and all of the interior 12V caps missing. We did walk away with a tank of fuel but just be aware they may be a tough dealership to negotiate with! But besides that, great service, really efficient and props to Cameron for being so helpful.
