This was the first time I had leased my property through a real estate, and Belinda and team made the whole process very smooth. She worked hard to find tenants, and has been transparent and an effective communicator every step of the way.

I give 3 stars for the lovely staff at reception. Friendly, professional and go out of their way to be helpful. I'm disappointed in the highly recommended service providers they use. The lawncare service EV don't know him by any other name. Didn't turn up prior to me vacating the property. Promised to have all work finished prior to inspection day. (I organised this weeks ahead of me vacating.) I really thought he would follow through and complete the job as promised. As I had an accident (fractured pelvis cracked rib) from a fall I couldn't do anything.clean, lawncare.and I am really frustrated by this. I had to rely on these so called professionals to do what I was unable to do.now my bond will be affected because some service providers they use don't really give a damn!

Watch out for this company. Don't trust them with a pet rat. Still owed rent I was in front after leaving the property, money in advance they and the owner had conveniently forgotten about. This after they desperately tried to steal bond on pre-existing issues. Thankfully that all came back despite their best efforts. Saving grace.the reception staff, particularly the primary receptionist, are exceptional at their jobs and lovely people.

I have had my investment property with Kitson Property for the past 3 years. In this time, I have found Kitson Property to be efficient in their communication with us and our property always secures quality tenants. I would recommend the Management Services of Kitson Property to any landlord looking to have their property managed by true dedicated professionals, especially not living locally we know our property is being looked after well.
