Kitson Property

I worked in Wagga for the past two years and rented a property through Kitson. Kayla, Reeanna and office staff were always helpful, friendly and communicative. If I move to Wagga again I will head straight to Kitson. Thank you.

We saw an add online on Friday 16th Nov. I emailed Chris Ward at Kitsons that day with our realestate requirements and he replied straight away with a positive reply. We are in Adelaide and the house was in Wagga. We did a video walk thru on the Monday, drove to Wagga on Tuesday and walked thru the house on Wednesday 21st. Chris an I shook hands on a deal that day. I paid deposit on 11th December. We exchanged contacts on19th December after the legal people did their stuff. Chris talked to us and assisted us thru the process. He was great to work with and i look forward to working with him while the process continues.

Steve was very good, would answer my calls and questions quickly. We got the amount we wanted when others suggested less.
We felt that he really would look after us as we have never sold a house before.

The one star rating is due to the terrible property management of Jay and the Owner hassling me when I didn’t remove my one start reviews. The leak at the property was due to the fixtures and the excessive damage was due to poor drainage and poor waterproofing in the laundry, we had to put up with the poor communication within the company especially when I brought up issues with the property and damages that were caused prior to us living in the property which made the second bathroom unusable and unsafe but they never fixed the issue during the time we were at the property. Most communication with the property manager was met with arrogant and rude responses, would never recommend anyone to rent through Kitson Property
