Jack came out and investigate the cracked pipe and he is so professional and honest. Definitely one of the best plumbers I have seen.

The service was great! I had a tap that suddenly wouldn’t turn off around 9am - it’s just hit midday and everything is now sorted. Very professional and responsive.

Had a leaking pipe under the house - that disclosed a few other issues that, while expensive to resolve, were dealt with promptly without fuss (despite the job taking 2.5 days when it had originally been scheduled, before the other issues were discovered, for half a day), and the areas were cleaned up afterwards. There may be cheaper plumbers out there, but for peace of mind and solid service, Killara Plumbing is hard to beat. And Tony is fantastic.

I was making candles on the weekend and accidentally washed a metal wick holder down my insinkerator. I figured out my mistake when I turned it on - it sounded absolutely terrible and after a few days, I knew I couldn't hide it from dad any longer. I would happily call Killara Plumbing anytime for my plumbing needs.
I happened upon them because they were doing work at another house in my street and I'm glad I gave them a call. Using their cameras they discovered problems with both my stormwater and sewage pipes, explained the problems and possible options to fix. Both Matt and Darren took the time to explain details I was interested in and went above and beyond to make sure that the whole stormwater and sewage systems are considered and working as intended. They focus on the big picture as well as all the details. Kent was very patient with my young son who kept interrupting him as he installed a new tap for our fridge and a new toilet.
Tiny things to improve: one crew showed up 10 minutes early (and at 7: 20am that matters!) and another cleaned up all but 5% of their mess.
