Mick was a life saver! In the wee hours of the morning he came out to fix an absolute emergency plumbing issue and turned my distress into complete calm. Mick was so polite and obliging and went beyond the call of duty to help me out. Highly recommend.

We had a water leak appearing on our driveway but no sense of where it was coming from. Contacted Killara Plumbing, Jack and Charlie arrived as promised and set about the problem. Diagnosed, costed and Charlie returned to do the work. Great job, good value and very happy

Highly recommend Killara Plumbing - I have used them multiple times for big and small jobs around the house. Most recently Matt came out to fix a hot water leak that was in a difficult position under the house. He is always professional and punctual, down to earth, and very honest when providing options to fix the problem. He definitely went over and above to fix the complicated hot water pipe leak - a real trustworthy guy.

We've had Matt attend our apartment twice, a year ago to fix a hot water mixing valve and last month to sort out clogged kitchen drainage. Both times he has been friendly, sorted the issues quickly, gave us some options to upgrade our plumbing system but also a fair opinion as to what was in the need-to-have-now, and what could wait. He is honest and efficient and we will be calling on them again in future when the need arises.

I think it's fair to say (And the team would probably agree) that this experience was underwhelming. The plumber unfortunately underestimated how much time it would take him to do the job (We were initially told an apprentice would show up as well) and the experience after that wasn't great for both parties. Also had to call back to fix a leaking pipe a few days later.
