Kho & Lee have looked after a couple of our properties for a number of years. They are always fast to find tenants, address any issues, follow set procedures such as quarterly inspections. The finances are accurate. The whole team are great.

Selvada is the worst senior property manager I ever met. We sent email before Christmas and have not been updated till now. We called several times as well to get an updated, but we got some excuses and being ignore. We are really disappointed with her unprofessional manners.
Ours previous property manager was Jae Yang, he was so good and always treat us nicely. He even reply ours email on his holiday.

Kho & Lee Property have managed my rental properties in Parramatta & Redfern for over decade. They have been very responsive and professional throughout this time.
