KFC George Street Sydney

I accidentally dropped my phone in the bin.
When I asked for help, they immediately picked that up for me and wiped it before returning to me.
Very much THANKFUL.

I loved the way staffs served customers.
But I wasn't served a good baked slider which I was expecting.
Shift supervisors need to check time and date before serving to the customers.

I really want to like this place as it’s the closest KFC to my apartment but I’ve been disappointed too many times.
Today the chicken tasted off, was absolutely soaked in oil, I received a grilled slider when I stated original recipe - twice! The zinger burger was terribly presented, a few pieces of lettuce and it looked like someone sat on it.
I’ve probably had to ask for my drink 4/5 times.
The two stars is for the cleaner on the floor doing a great job of cleaning the tables.

Staff were rude when I asked a question about possibly being over charged & food was excessively greasy

I love the fact that this KFC offers hot and spicy chicken all the time. Somehow it is getting busier recently and can be hectic. I could wait up to 30minutes from waiting in the que to getting my food but worth it at the end as chicken is very delicious.

SenSATIONAL. The staff amended my order when it was super busy and were so nice about it. Always good service even at 2am. Love you.

They kept giving other people who ordered smaller portions & had me waited for 30 mins just because i ordered 18 pieces. Terrible service.

Forgot to give me 15 nuggets and wrong items in giant feast take away last time，also gave only two tiny original receipts in my four original bucket without another two this time, lucky I ate in this time, but the chicken I ate are too salty and dry. Poor service since it isn’t peak hours. Recommend not take away if you do not want to find sth not given to you

Worst kfc. Couldn't believe it. They take so long to make 1 order and it's called fast food restaurants.

Just bought a Bucket for 1 for takeaway.
As soon as I get home, only realised that they only give me 3pcs of original recipe instead of 4pcs: (

Unbelievable. Every time I go to this store, I am left waiting 15+ minutes for my order. The service is that slow. It is absolutely insane for fast food. The food is to expectations but the wait is UNACCEPTABLE. There's always a huge crowd of people waiting and everyone's time is being wasted. I could've sat down at a dine-in restaurant and received my meal before this place serves some chicken wings. The service and meal-prep is EXCRUCIATINGLY slow. Unless you have a lot of time to kill, I suggest you steer well clear of this place. They WILL waste your time like they wasted mine and that of countless others.

That's probably the worst KFC I've ever been in any country! Very dirty, no kids seats, smallest chicken pieces, and smallest fries portions ever. Less meal options than other KFCs in Sydney. KFC you should be ashamed. That's not what you're known for.
