I would highly recommend Kent Removals & Storage for your removal needs. The team at Kent are very professional. On the day of removal the guys were on time, the furniture was packed with extreme care and was delivered without any damage, even though it had to travel on dirt road for part of the way. The delivery boys were very friendly, worked hard and were able to effect an interstate move in one day. Check them out! You won't be disappointed.

I'm sure the service is excellent, however their online quotes are misleading and highly inaccurate. I could understand a difference of a few hundred dollars perhaps, but $1000 more? $1350 to move living furniture and a couple whitegoods. Hmmm.

This is our second time using Kent in 12 months and will ONLY use KENT! Fabulous service and I will recommend to everyone!

I would have given no stars if I could! Horrible experience with them, firstly they were 5 days late with the delivery and then make it impossible to claim insurance for some of my damaged furniture! I felt like this company doesn't care about anything else but money. I DON'T recommend them!

DO NOT USE! I had the worst experience dealing with Kent. So much of my stuff arrived broken, the staff were highly unprofessional, used poor language, smoked near my property, had a loud speaker playing music at 8am, and used the time to also charge their own car batteries. In addition to these reasons, I had another incident which I cannot comment further on at this time.

I will absolutely, never ever use KENT again, and I will actively look for reasons to encourage others to look elsewhere as well.

One problem after another. No care was taken when reinstalling furniture resulting in broken beds and washing machine. Overpriced and terrible customer service. I do NOT recommend.
