I was beyond impressed with the service from this company. I ordered at 11.15am on Wednesday from Brisbane and my order was on my door step Thursday morning. I was shocked to say the least. Email updates throughout the process and website and payment was easy to use aswell.

I may not purchase much, but the online booking system is very easy and the dispatch of products is extremely prompt. On one occasion a while back there was some damage from transport and the product was replaced straight away. Excellent service.

Great range of items and so much cheaper than I had seen on ebay etc!
I wanted environmentally friendly options for a birthday party and these are great.

We placed an order of cups, lids and flavoured syrups for my son who is setting up a milkshake stand at school to raise money for charity. I have been dealing with Kent Paper for the best part of 10 years-great company. Excellent range of products, I particularly like the eco disposable range. I have used Kent paper for a long time with huge big Batlow Apple Blossom and the Cider festival and Election and school functions, their products help keep food items clean off the ground from spills and this allows OH&S to be covered with insurance.
They are the fastest with delivery in anything I’ve ever ordered online off a company, so hats of to the business that does this service.
The office team are kind & polite I think I have annoyed them today with my incorrect orders but it’s still great they are ensuring they will fulfill the mistake.
Most businesses give you excuses and then still cannot deliver and with delays.
My order Unfortunately on this time around had lots of mix up’s in the items that turned up on my doorstep.
Lucky I opened my order prior to Saturday morning to check my stock and yes Mistakes are made I understand this and I appreciate that Kent were happy to fix the issue and send another speedy batch of products urgently for me as I really needed before Saturday.
