I ordered 120m/30cm Baking Paper from Kent Paper over ebay. Absolutely fantastic service and great product.
For those who want to have great pan-fried food but without a good non-stick pan, this baking paper (on lower tempratures) can be the perfect answer as I have cooked professionally for years.
