I had an amazing experience with Kelly’s Realestate! I was looked after by Harry and Samantha who provided an extraordinary level of customer service! I was also very impressed by both of their professionalism and monumental support during my application process! Their friendliness and efficiency also assured that the whole experience was seamless and stress free!

As someone moving interstate from Brisbane to Sydney finding a rental was extremely challenging but it was made possible through Kellys. They are very friendly and helpful and communication was quick and efficient. Definitely recommend.

Staff has been super great and promptly and assisted us exceptionally during the search and application of our new property. Always gentle and courteous - I cant wait to see the APP in action as this is a new feature for us while renting and i think is a great way to keep any records and get assistance.

Broke my lease on a NRAS property and was told I needed to continue paying rent until a new tenant was found, irregardless of the break lease fee (6 weeks rent) in the lease.

Bond was then withheld due to a chip in the sink. This was brought to my attention via email 2 weeks after the final inspection was signed off on by Soula, after 2 open house inspections.

Soula then told me the matter would be escalated to tribunal and gave me a hearing date. I was notified my fair trading that case fees weren’t paid and a hearing date was never set. This was all scare tactics by Kellys, who quoted me over $800, as it was “cheaper to replace the whole sink rather than the chip”.

A second disappointing rental experience with Kellys. The first one saw me abused over the phone by Phillipa, who claimed my apartment’s mould ridden walls were just marks from furniture, even though it covered the entire ceiling?

Update: Kelly’s have said they have attempted to contact me but I have received no call or email.

Update: Kelly’s poor security protocol led to my identity being stolen 3 years after my last tenancy with them. They do not correctly dispose of sensitive tenancy documents.

Do you like robots? An agency that favours the owner only? An app being the only way you can ask for a repair only to have a declined by the owner or agency? Staff that have no connection or face-to-face meetings or answer calls unless they can't absolutely avoid it? I could seriously go on and on. I have held a real estate licence for 20 years and I can safely say this is the worst agency I've ever seen or dealt with in my life! I arrived at 44 Toxteth road only to realise that 99% of the light bulbs needed replacing. Knowing full well that it is the agents responsibility to get the tenants to replace the lights prior to a new tenant arriving I asked for them to be replaced. The reply was to replace the light bulbs yourself and feel free to take them with you when you leave. After quoting a few rules and regulations that I was familiar with they were replaced I'm assuming allegedly by the agent. As the owner wouldn't repair anything in my house unless it was structural or a danger to my health. Even then the amount of mould in that house was ridiculous as I even paid to get a mould inspection report done at obviously my own cost because the owner wouldn't even consider doing it. If any one that I'm talking about gets upset about this review I have every single bit of correspondence stored on a drive ready to use. My opinion is simple if ever you see an expensive property that is being leased by Kelly's I would certainly stay away as that means that the owner wants the cheapest worst agents just so he can spend the smallest amount of money during that lease arrangement. STAY AWAY FROM KELLY'S RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES

Excellent abs professional service! Harry was super friendly to chat to and very helpful with all real estate enquiries. Sam was also very lovely to work with and was so prompt with getting back to me for all enquiries. Lease application process was super easy with this crew! Would recommend /10. Thanks so much guys! If only I could give zero stars. I cannot recommend highly enough NOT leasing a shop through Kellys. Zero customer service, zero communication and zero care for their leasees. I was a small business owner who had to close my business because of a greedy landlord coupled with complete lack of care from Kellys. After 5 years of paying rent on time, everytime, (didn't even ask for a lightbulb to be changed), then after struggling through COVID closures, Kellys gave me 48 hrs to sign a new lease. I offered to pay 3 months rent in advance as I was unsure if I could sign another lease. No response for a week after chasing and chasing them, then finally they responded with a 'no' and told me I had to be out in 3 weeks. This alone, has ruined my business. Ironically, now, the shop sits empty and probably will do for a long time because small businesses like mine are on their knees. During COVID lockdowns Kellys were MIA - Uncontactable - didn't return calls or emails and did nothing to assist with mandatory government measures. Kellys commercial rental staff are rude, uncaring, unprofessional and couldn't care less about tennants. DO NOT LEASE FROM THESE PEOPLE

My premises was vacant for close to 12 months and Philipp came on board and secured a good quality tenant within a month, His negotiation skills far exceeded my expectations especially in this current market.
