Store was closed with a bs back in 10 minutes sign out front.
Waited for 20 mins. No sign of life.
Obviously no one cares anymore.
Avoid them and head elsewhere.

Exceptional customer service and beautiful suits at very good prices. In store tailoring offered to so it really does make it a stop shop.

I found the prices and material both reasonably priced, and also, my tailoring was completed then and there, waited only 10 mins. Amazing service, and great communication. Got everything I needed

I visited the Granville outlet today 8 Aug 2020 and this is the second time I have experienced the worst customer service from this outlet. The assistant was busy assisting another client and spent 30 minutes with that one customer and as they approached the counter to pay and exit, I went and waited for service for the one customer assistant to finish with one before assisting me. After the other customer had left, the assistant knows very well that I have been waiting right at the counter for assistance but instead yells out “who’s next”. There was only one other customer in the shop but he was busy checking suits elsewhere in the shop. It made us feel like that he didn’t want to help us at all. I asked him a question and he simply pointed at the suits on the rack and walked away. Me and my wife continued to help ourselves but finally gave up and walked out of the shop 30 minutes later without buying any suits.

Everyone is struggling with their businesses atm with COVID-19 however these guys just don’t care about customers who actually walk in to purchase 3 suits but instead walked away with none. Hopeless customer service second time in a row.

Staff needs better training. They didn't have my suit ready on time and didn't even bother letting me know. They were quite rude about it too. Made me come back a week later. I couldn't wear the suit to the event that I needed it for. That being said the tailor was a good guy and did a good job.

If i could give zero stars i would of. Extremely upsetting, after ringing Friday afternoon to find out opening hours for Saturday than driving a 2hr trip to get there to find their stores are closed. Sign looked like it had been there longer than 24hrs so why are staff not giving customers correct information.

Great staff with a wealth of knowledge in suits and fancy dress. We had a store near by that closed and went 2 hours South to meet the same staff member to have a fitting due to knowledge and ability to give my groomsmen exactly what was needed.

Also did a great price due to size of the order and was willing to offer there advise and extra help wherever required.

Would highly recommend!

Terrible service. No assistance provided in choosing a suit. The men at the counter ignored us and went into the office. Avoid this shop. Prices high. Carpark had a big puddle of vomit in it. Quality not up to standard. I was the only one in the store.

The team at Kelly Country were great in helping me find the right suit even though I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted myself. They took the time to listen and gave me plenty of options to consider. A great experience and I will return for my next suit.

I got married in 2016 and this business provided very good service for both myself and all the groomsmen.

This place has GREAT service and price is reasonable. Unfortunately was a little out of my price range as I was buying 4 suits but highly recommended if you want a quality suit!

Really bad customer service.
The suits are actually decent but one jerk insulted us for browsing around, trying on suits for a wedding. Good job Kelly country you just lost a couple grand worth of suits

Although the staff were friendly, the service I received after my purchase was poor. I was told to pick up my tailored suit on a particular date, and when I went to the store that morning, they said that they were getting it tailored now, and I would have to wait 30 minutes.

Do they think I drive to and from the store for the fun of it? Or that people enjoy just killing 30 minutes? If you tell someone it'll be ready by a certain date, then it better be ready on that day, even in the morning.

Won't be going back. There are plenty of others stores at which I can buy a nice suit.

Purchased my son's suit for his yr 10 formal last week.great service, good advice & overall a very easy experience. Prices are very reasonable & the quality is nice. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

After a less than positive experience at the Alexandria store, we decided to make the drive out to Granville even though it was over an hour from our home. What a difference! The staff were amazing and service was prompt. Lionel was a god send and listened to exactly what we were looking for. In just over 30 minutes we were in and out with a complete wedding suit and accessories. Highly recommend this store and staff.

Customer Service is very good. Tailoring Consultant Lionel was very helpful to understand my requirements and showed several suits (tirelessly) to select one of them. Specials and clearance items are also very attractive and hard to resist. - Kan, Director, TCS Architects Pty Ltd.
