I am really impressed! Norman was absolutely fantastic and my new three piece formal suite fits me like a glove after alterations. A very reasonable price considering the pure new wool quality, plus i got Egyptian cotton shirts, and a belt to be fully kitted out, at around 40% less than it would cost me at Myer. Highly recommend!

You don’t need to travel into the city, instead you’ll find everything you need at this store. The store has the latest colours and fashion. It’s open 7 days a week, and there’s very helpful staff at this store. I had my size measured here, and the pants and jacket were sent away to be cut to size - the items were available to be picked up about a week later. The store is clean. They have several change rooms at this store. This store is located next to Clyde railway station. There’s plenty of free parking outside the store. This store was a wonderful find - and saved me a trip into the city.

After having a really bad experience at another suit place Institchu we came to Kelly Country at Granville. We were assisted straight away from Lionel and Norman! Norman was so so helpful and patient with us. We recommend anyone to come to this store for a 5 star service! Thank you boys!

I can not ezpress how helpful the guys here were. I needed a suit asap after a family member died suddenly, i went in and asked for a suit and they pulled all the strings to getnit done quickly. The service is top notch, fittings were done professionally and quickly and i was kept in the loop the whole time. As a “large” man i had a unique set of challenges and the staff exceded those challenges qith flying colours.

I can whole heartedly reccomend getting a custom suit made here for men of any and all sizes. The suites are not cheap but you really do get what you pay for.

Great Uniforms and suits, order online, if in doubt order a slightly larger size than you need, then arrange a fitting. Granville site has limited parking so try to make an early morning appointment. Good quality and great service.

Great store, kind staff, received discounts which made an expensive suit very affordable. Will visit here again when I need another suit.

Service was terrible. Went in looking for a pair of trousers in a certain color. Took him a while to service us (no one in the shop) then phone rang and he was on it for a length of time before he spoke to us.

Great customer service and reasonable prices. They also stock shirts that are hard to find in main stream shops. I like the variety and range. Highly recommend!

Ordered a tailor made suit for my son. When I returned with my son to have his first fitting, they realised that the suit was not there. The gentleman apologised and said to come back in 2 weeks. We returned in 2 weeks. When my son was trying the suit on the guy was extremely annoyed as it was so far out of correct size. He kept repeating "who took the initial measurements". When I spoke to my son about the fitting the guy proceeded to inform me in a very direct manner that this was a fitting. I replied I was talking to my son about the fitting. He again spoke to me in a rude and aggressive manner. I repeated I was talking to my son, not him. Obviously he was annoyed about the poor initial measure and manufacture but this does not excuse his rude and aggressive manner towards me. I felt it best that I walked out of the shop and had to leave my wife there with my son. When my wife and son picked up the suit there was no apology about the inconvenience of having to come into the shop for the first fitting or the aggressive manner of 1 of their staff. The only positive it that the suit fitted well in the end and my son was happy.

Amazing service from Norman. He looked after myself, my four groomsmen, and my dad really well. Altered all our suits and helped me choose exactly what we wanted. Great service and really friendly! Would highly recommend! Cheers Norman!
