My wife and I cannot begin to say how happy we are with our building experience with KAPLAN HOMES.

We been building and Kaplan was our 3rd experience in the building process, and KAPLAN HOMES was the most exciting and stress-free experience of all. We never felt forced or pressured into making decisions, but KAPLAN HOMES were able to assist us to make decisions about our home that we would enjoy. KAPLAN HOMES is amazing, and our house came out stunning, with the attention to detail and high quality both on external and internal structures.

Despite of the number of challenges faced in 2021, like the delays from our land release, frames shortage and C-19 build restrictions, KAPLAN HOMES was able to finish our home 1.5 months earlier than expected. We were the first one to finish the build in our entire street and was able to spend our first Christmas in our new home!

From Ben, Emel, Chantelle, Cindy and Warren & to the Kaplan’s whole team putting all their hard work, proactively updating us in every stages of our build and giving us their time to ensure that my wife and I were always satisfied with the service we were receiving.we can’t thank you enough!

Choosing Kaplan homes to build our first home was a decision we made instantly after seeing the number of positive reviews online about the quality and honesty of Kaplan homes. I am glad to say that our experience was no different! From meeting Tim to discuss and lock in the purchase of the home to working with Jackie throughout the build process, we found Kaplan’s team to be very easy to approach and work with. Despite delays expected from COVID-19, we were able to move into our home much earlier than expected, thanks to Warren and Ray’s efforts to have the house ready for us, which we greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Kaplan Homes for their professionalism and dedication. They built my home in Austral in 2020, and the handover was 3 weeks earlier than the scheduled date. Absolutely high quality build with no faults - I had the professional inspector check before the handover, and he could not find any major defects with this builder.

The whole team at Kaplan Homes are very helpful whenever you have any questions. Even after a year, you give them a call to schedule the maintenance service. Myself and my partner recently completed our home with Kaplan and we could not be happier. We did our research at the begining and it really paid off. We found everyone from Kaplan to be polite, professional and genuinely really happy to help. We were really impressed with their dedication to our project, and the fact they only take on a certain number of projects at a time means you get plenty of support. We found Warren, Jacob, Karlo & Nuray to be really approachable and easily contactable. The house itself came together with almost no delays or issues, and the finished product is well worth it. Highly recommend and we would definitely build again.

I've built with Masterton, Vogue Homes and now with Kaplan, by far the best experience I had of the 3 and would highly recommend these guys. Not only their competitive pricing, good finishes, no silly variations, complete the build earlier that what they'd promise the whole team from end to end were absolute professionals. Kaplan Homes built our absolute dream home. We had looked at over 50 display homes and continously came back to Kapaln. We suffered many setbacks from our bank and council, but throughout it all, if it wasnt for the support and help from Kaplan, we definately would have given up building long ago. Now, we have our absolute dream home, could not fault a single thing as far as build quality, we almost completely redesigned or upgraded every room to some degree and nothing was ever a problem or a nuicance for them, they went well and truly above and beyond and we cannot praise them enough. As a two-time owner builder and assisting my both sisters build their first home in NSW, I can say Kaplan had been fantabulous, irreproachable and awe-inspiring till now. Nuray from sales was amazing to deal with remotely though I was based interstate in QLD. Trust is all you need to make lock in a deal. Out of my both sisters one is already living in a Kaplan home now and other one is about to kick start soon. Thumps up to Andrew Kanatli to keep the trust, ethics and transparency run across Kaplan's bloodline which is rare and endangered nowadays with home builders!

We moved into our new house last month in August. We love the house Kaplan built for us. There are a couple of things I would like to share with everyone.

Building a house is never an easy job. I would like to say it has been a great experience building with Kaplan from the beginning to the end.

1) No delay
Kaplan delivered the keys on time as promised. We moved in with no hassles when we had to finish the tenant contract on a certain date.

2) Quality
We are happy with the building design and interior quality. Kaplan used the high-level finishes within its standard package. It could cost extra if we had built with other companies from the stories I heard.

3) Staff
Most importantly, the staffs of Kaplan are friendly, professional, passionate, and approachable. The staff in Marsden Park Display Homes listened to our needs patiently and amend the initial design for hours until we were happy. It was her attitude convinced us to build with Kaplan. The process team were efficient and made sure everything was in its right place. The project managers were experienced, knowledgable and approachable. The customer service team are helpful in dealing with our requests. We would like to say the whole team of Kaplan is fabulous. It was you made great outcomes.

4) No hidden or unreasonable costs
We had a quote of the initial design. We added a few additional features/products as amendments and received credit for features we decided not to include. Other than that, there are no other costs involved. The building costs were clear and transparent. Also, I'd like to mention we had some construction difficulties we didn't expect, such as rocks on the site and non-standard sewage connection. The advice from the project manager was practical and the additional costs were reasonable.

As such, we appreciated what Kaplan delivered and would like to recommend Kaplan to my friends (which I've started already).

Let me take this opportunity to thank the whole team @ Kaplan - Peter, Vereneke, Mark, Warren & last but not the least Avtar - for the record time in building our dream home.
I must say you have surprised me and am still recovering from the amazing outcome in such little time. I cannot believe it and can’t stop singing the praises of Kaplan to whom so ever have told me otherwise when it comes to building a home.
