I recently celebrated one year in my newly built home by Kaplan, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. (This is Margaret in Austral) From the outset, the Kaplan team demonstrated exceptional kindness, quick responsiveness, and remarkable efficiency, even in challenging weather conditions during construction.

The team's dedication to delivering a high-quality home was evident throughout the entire process. Despite adverse weather, they worked diligently to ensure the project stayed on track. The end result is a well-built house that surpasses my expectations.

We never regretted signing up with Kaplan from start. We signed up with them Oct 2020. Despite our land registry got delayed for more than a year, while our neighbors are bothered by the increase of pricing of their build, we couldn't care less as Kaplan honored our contract package of capped price and no hidden cost even after a year delay to start our build. After handover of land to Kaplan, it was smooth sailing from start to finish and the team manage to handover the property on time.

Special thanks to Vereneke, our project coordinator, who has been very supportive throughout the entire process. To Chantelle (and to her cute dog:) ) our site supervisor, who has been very patient, helpful and professional during the build stage. And also to Warren for overlooking everything. When we encountered a problem with our DA, Kaplan worked closely with us to resolve it. When everyone else around us were having price increases on their fixed price contracts, Kaplan stood by their promise and didn’t change a cent. The whole process from admin to construction was seamless.

Thank you especially to our Project Coordinator, Vereneke, for being so patient, approachable and accomodating! Our email threads were so long but never did she miss a single question. Several times, she went the extra mile to get us the information that we were silly enough to have missed. She was timely in her responses, whether it being a call back or email and it was because of her that we were so well prepared for our Colours.

A special thanks also goes to our SS, Chantelle, and Warren. It was exciting watching our forever home come together under their management. More than once, we had seen our SS get her hands dirty, cleaning up inside the house, taking rubbish out. The job site was one of the neatest and most respected sites we’ve ever come across. There was hardly any downtime between stages and we were able to move out, demolish and move back in, all within 12 months.

Warren showed us how serious they were in looking after their customers. When we informed him on a Sunday night that the wind had blown the fences over, he went out of his way early the next morning to prop them back up and secure them, before going on leave.

The rapport we have built with everyone we met at Kaplan has been invaluable and it’s what made us truly grateful everyday that we chose them as our builder because they care. The workmanship of the trades also got the stamp of approval from our neighbours. Thank you so much Kaplan, you have given us more than just a beautiful house!

Time flies and it is almost 10 months since we moved into the new home.  We love the house and thanks to you & the Kaplan team for building us our dream home. The build quality, the inclusions, the experience … 5 out of 5!

We are really happy that we have made the right choice.  Building a new house is not an easy process to navigate even though we have built our last few homes prior to this; and staying overseas during a large part of the journey made it even harder; lots of emails, phone conversations and zoom meetings (we’re probably the first one to do so with Kaplan).  We made it through smoothly with help from yourself, Denise, Anne and Cindy.

The highlights would be the transition from completion to maintenance; our regards to Warren and his team (Ray, Alexandra and Glen) for doing such a great job.  The timeliness in responding to our requests and the follow-through is the best experience we have ever had.

If we are to build again, Kaplan would be our first choice.  Our friends who visited our place told us the same.  In fact, one of our friends has just signed up with Kaplan and we are sure he will say the same when we next meet.

Kaplan Homes built our Aristo 35 just recently. Though it’s our second property, it is our first time to build. We were nervous about the process. We did our own research and compared a lot of builders inclusions, pricing and track record. My officemate recommended Kaplan. Best decision we did. Tim (Sales) guided us without any empty sales drivel. He told us about the Aristo 35 and what we can modify vs our land type and size. He was very quick getting back to us with the costing. Eddie (Tender Presentation) presented to us and was very straightforward and professional. Warren (Construction Manager) and Chantelle (Site Supervisor) were hands on on our house-build. Considering COVID conditions during the build, our build was on schedule. How many Construction Managers actively supervise and check onsite? I met Warren 2 times onsite. He was checking the work as well. When we call Warren and Chantelle, they always update us on our questions about the build. Our Aristo 35 was finished in the quality that was promised. Our build overtook so many builds in the area which started before us. My wife and I did not experience any of the timber shortage or brick layer trade shortage that was prevalent due to covid effects at the time (2022 June start of build). We got a private building inspector and all the inspections only have very minor rectifications and Kaplan tends to these unlike some builders who ignores it. I can only speak for my experience. Fact: It has been a pleasant experience building with Kaplan. My advise, table the pricing in inclusions you want. Put the must have and tabulate in detail the added pricing. That way you will really be comparing apples to apples. Based on quality, value added pricing, communication and professionalism, I recommend Kaplan Homes. - Luis

It has been a pleasure communicating with Nikolina (our project coordinator) over the last 12 months. All our questions and concerns were answered and resolved in a quick and very professional manner.

I've signed up for a fixed house and land package with Kaplan in the middle of 2021. Whilst during the covid period a number of builders were going bust due to increased raw material costs and labor shortages and negotiating with customers on fixed projects, Kaplan not only delivered the project before time but at the agreed fixed price.

During the Land registration the BAL rating was higher than expected and council requested to add further fire related safety materials including, additional insulation, glazed thicker windows, double gyprock at the interior of the house. Kaplan did not pass on the costs to us and simply absorbed the costs.

Their processes are so well geared that once the project starts its very difficult to make changes as the pace of the delivery is very fast and you see significant progress on every visit you make to the site as compared to other big builders where you don't see progress for months.

The overall process is very smooth from signing the contract to internal selections, everything is very transparent. No hidden charges and clauses.

The reason for my 5 star review is actually the experience you get after the sales contract signing (in contrast to other builders where customers suffer when locked-in), up to date progress reports, site manager makes sure to return your calls, the project coordinator especially Vereneke is amazingly quick in responding to your queries.

The build cost and inclusions are hard to match and you get maximum value for money.

If you want a piece of mind and a quality product, KAPLAN is the way to go, they've got good designs and most importantly delivers on the commitment.

Kaplan Homes has built two residential homes in the span of 2 years for us. They never compromise on quality and deliver the home before time. Our projects were co-ordinated by Vereneke Cawley. She is a highly reliable and punctual project coordinator who gets things done on time. She has accommodated many changes we have requested even after the project commencement. She made sure, we are aware of the current situation of project on regular basis. Her coordination on our 2 home projects were very significant. Given a chance i would wish Kaplan and her to collaborate in some or other way on our future projects too. Than you very much Kaplan and Vereneke Cawley.

We did a lot of research with many builders, visiting multiple display homes and taking multiple quotes and we came to the conclusion that Kaplan Homes was the most value for money builder out of them all. Kaplan gives you the most bang for your buck! I’ve found Kaplan homes is a trifecta of:

I would like to call out that Mr. Andrew Kanatli has created the perfect company culture that prospective first home buyers can ask for. You can really see the culture of care and honesty reflect in every dealing with a Kaplan Homes employee.

We built in 2021/2022 and we made the right decision to go with Kaplan homes. We got the handover earlier than promised (despite the covid lockdowns, incessant rains and raw material shortages during this time). This just goes to show the commitment of their staff and the fact that they really care about their customers and will ensure you have a pleasant experience.

- Last but not the least Warren who was very prompt to deal with certain issues that popped up during the build and dealt with them efficiently and very explained the reasons to us at every stage. He was also very accommodative of any minor changes that we requested mid-build. Jacob who was our site-supervisor also was great to deal with.

Overall, we are glad we went with Kaplan for our first home and they made this journey really memorable for us.

Kaplan is a quality home builder. Beginning from the sales Denise, to the sales manager Andrew, project manager Vereneke, and site manager Warren and site supervisor Chantelle, they guide me through the building process. I have no worry to the building particular in this difficult pandemic year. They delivered a good quality two storey home to me.
I like the building design which maximise the small land size. I have a spacious 5 bedrooms house. I like the fixed price building that I need not worry about over budget.
